    You can stamp the recording date/time, name, location, Travel Date or title onto the 
    recorded pictures.
    Press   to select [Single] or [Multi] and then press 
    [MENU/SET]

    [Shooting Date] [W/O TIME]: Stamp recording date 
    [WITH TIME]: Stamp recording date and time 
    [Name]
    : Stamp name registered in Face Recognition: Stamp name registered in [Baby] or [Pet]
    [Location] Stamp location registered in [Setup] menu’s [Travel Date]
    [Travel Date] Stamp Travel Date set in [Setup] menu’s [Travel Date] 
    [Title] Stamp text registered in [Title Edit]
     • Items set to [OFF] are not stamped.
     ●Do not request date printing in store or make date printing on printer for still 
    pictures with date stamps. (Date printing may be overlapping.)
     ●Cannot stamp texts on the following pictures. • Motion pictures • 3D still pictures • Panorama pictures • Still pictures that date or other texts had already been stamped • Still pictures taken without setting clock • Still pictures recorded with the [Quality] setting [

    [Video Divide]
    A single motion picture can be split into 2 parts. This is convenient when you want to keep 
    just the necessary scenes, or if you wish to delete unnecessary scenes to increase free 
    space on your card, such as when traveling.
    Press   to select the motion picture to divide, and then 
    press [MENU/SET]
    Press  at where you want to split a motion picture to pause it
     • You can finely adjust the location for division by pressing   while the motion 
    picture is paused.
    Press 
     • A confirmation screen is displayed.   It is executed when [Yes] is selected. 
     • The original motion picture that was split does not 
    remain. 
    (There will only be the 2 motion pictures that were created 
    after the split.)
     ●During splitting, do not turn off the camera or remove the card or battery. If you do so, 
    the motion picture may be deleted.
     ●Splitting a motion picture recorded in [MP4] changes the order of pictures. It is 
    recommended to display with [Video Only] in [Filtering Play] or [Calendar]. 
     ●Motion pictures cannot be divided at a location close to the start or end of the motion 
    picture.
     ●Motion pictures with a short recording time cannot be divided.

    [Resize]
    Picture size can be reduced to facilitate e-mail attachment and use in web pages, etc.
    (Still pictures recorded at the smallest recording pixel level cannot be further reduced.)

    Press   to select the picture, and then press [MENU/SET]

    Enlarge your still pictures and crop unwanted areas.
    Press   to select the picture, and then press [MENU/SET]
    Select area to crop and press [MENU/SET]
    Expand Change position
     • Confirmation screen is displayed. If you select [Y es], the operation is executed.
     ●Original Face Recognition information will not be copied when still pictures are 
    cropped.
     ●Picture quality is reduced after cropping. ●Cannot crop the following pictures. • Motion pictures • 3D still pictures • Panorama pictures • Still pictures that date or other texts had already been stamped • Still pictures recorded with the [Quality] setting [

    [Leveling]
    Slight slanting in the still picture can be corrected.
    Press   to select the picture, and then press [MENU/SET]
    Press   to adjust the skewed angle of view and then press 
    [MENU/SET]
     • Confirmation screen is displayed. If you select [Y es], the operation is executed.
     ●The personal information related to Face Recognition recorded in an original still 
    picture will not be copied to the pictures after their skewed angle of view is corrected.
     ●Picture quality is reduced when leveling is performed. ●A skewed angle of view for the following pictures cannot be corrected. • Motion pictures • 3D still pictures • Panorama pictures • Still pictures that date or other texts had already been stamped • Still pictures recorded with the [Quality] setting [

    [Favorite]
    By labeling your favorite pictures with a star (
    ), you can play back your favorite pictures 
    only, or you can delete all pictures except your favorites. Up to 999 pictures can be set as 
    favorites.
    Press   to select [Single] or [Multi] and then press

    [Print Set]
    Picture/picture no./date printing settings can be made for when printing with DPOF print-
    compatible shops or printers. (Ask at the shop to check for compatibility .)
    When you want to use a photo printing store to print pictures recorded on the built-in 
    memory, copy them to a card (→182) and then set the print setting.

     ●Cannot be set for files that are not compliant with the DCF standard. ●Some DPOF information set by other equipment cannot be used. In such cases, 
    delete all of the DPOF information and then set it again with this camera.
     ●Print setting cannot be made for motion pictures. ●You cannot select the [Print Set] setting for still pictures recorded with the [Quality]

    [Protect]
    You can set protection for pictures you do not want to be deleted by mistake.
    Press   to select [Single] or [Multi] and then press 
    [MENU/SET]
    Press     to select picture and press [MENU/SET]

     • To cancel → Press [MENU/SET] again.

    Select [Cancel] in step 
     and select [Yes].
     ●The picture is erased when formatting, even if it is protected. ●May not be effective when using other devices. ●When you set the write-protect switch on the card to the “LOCK” position, the picture
