                                                     ASSEMBLY 
Insert front rail with Hose Supporter facing outwards into the T-Fittings at the front of the 
Carriage Base (Note: the front of carriage base has Swivel Wheels for easy maneuvering).  
Align clearance holes on rail with holes on T-Fittings. Insert the supplied screws on both 
ends and hand-tighten with a screw driver.
Insert back rail into the T-Fittings at the back of carriage base (Note: the back of the carriage 
base has Fixed Wheels).  Follow steps for tightening the rail as stated above....
