    defects in material or manufacture for a period of 90 days from the date or purchase. 
    If the product does not conform to the warranty within the warranty period, 3M’s 
    exclusive obligation is to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the non-
    conforming product. To the extent permitted by law, 3M will not be liable for indirect, 
    incidental, special or consequential damages, irrespective of the legal theory asserted.

    RoHS Statement
    Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic
