READ ME FIRST – SETUP INSTRUCTIONS 
  
Congratulations on your purchase of the UltraAV
 HDMI 1-2 Audio/Video Splitter. This HDMI splitter  is designed 
to provide exceptional performance and value. It al lows access to 2 HDMI display devices from a single  HDMI 
video source. For a DVI device, use an optional HDM I to DVI adapter or HDMI to DVI cable.

Mounting the HDMI Splitter: 
As an alternative to placing the 1-2 Splitter flat  on its foot pads, the HDMI splitter features 2 wall  mounting slots 
located on the back of the switch. The switch can e asily be mounted to a wall or panel. 
 
How to Connect the HDMI Splitter:  
Step 1:  Plug the power adapter into the “Power Jack” on the  splitter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. 
Step 2:  Connect your HDMI cable from the video source into  the HDMI splitter input labeled “In”.  
Step 3:  Connect your HDMI cables from each of the two disp lays into the splitter outputs labeled “Out”. 
  
Channel Indicator:  
A channel indicator LED becomes illuminated when th e video display, which is connected to its corresponding 
HDMI port, is properly connected to it by an HDMI c able and is powered on. The LED will also illuminate when 
the display is in power saving mode.    
Troubleshooting:  
-If the HDMI splitter fails to operate,  
1.  Ensure the HDMI source and the displays (or project or) are powered on. 
2. Check both ends of all of the HDMI cables to ensure  that they are fully inserted into each device. 
3.  
Inspect the power adapter to ensure it is plugged i nto the power jack of the splitter. Ensure the powe r 
adapter is plugged into the power outlet and the po wer outlet is supplying power.

for one year from date of purchase to be free of de fects in material and workmanship. In the event of  such defects, the Accell product will 
be repaired without charge or, at our option, repla ced with a new one if delivered to Accell Corporation prepaid, together with a copy of the 
dated sales receipt. This warranty excludes defects  due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or fai lure to use the cable in accordance 
with the instructions. ACCELL CORPORATION SHALL NOT  BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LO SS OF USE OF THE 
CABLE OR OTHER ACCELL PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, INTERR UPTED OPERATION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR ANY OTHER DA MAGES, 
WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE. Thi s warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that

DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR  BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND W HETHER OR 
NOT ACCELL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF A NY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT ACCELLS MAXIMUM LI ABILITY ARISING 
FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY ACCELL SHALL NOT EXCEED TH E PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE 
LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DA MAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXT ENT SUCH

Warranty Returns Procedure. To return an item under warranty, contact Customer Support by E-mail at [email protected] 
or call 510-438-9288 to obtain a Return Authorizati on (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days  from the date of issuance. We are 
unable to accept returns without an RMA number. Ret urns without an Accell issued RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the 
package will be returned unopened. All returns must  be shipped prepaid at the expense of the shipper. All returns must include a copy of 
the dated sales receipt. Due to ongoing improvement s, Accell reserves the right to make changes to hardware, packaging and any
