Replacement Note: When installing the replacement microphone, note that the square padded side of the microphone faces up. 5. Before reinstalling the microphone cable, ensure that the rectangular, black pad is adhered to the back of the microphone. Important: If you are installing a replacement microphone cable, peel up the black\ pad from the original microphone, and stick it on the new microphone.

On the back of the LCD panel, grasp both sides of the LVDS connector, and gently rock and pull the connector to disconnect the LVDS cable from the LCD panel.
