    Detergent 
    residue in the 
    dispensing 
    drawer.Detergent may have been 
    put in wet dispenser 
    drawer.
    Dry the detergent drawer before putting in 
    detergent.
    Detergent may have 
    gotten damp. Store detergent in a closed and dry place. Do 
    not keep them under high temperatures.
    Water pressure might be 
    low
    The detergent in the main 
    wash compartment might 
    have gotten wet while 
    taking in the prewash 
    water.. The	detergent	dispenser	outlet	(holes)	may	have	
    a problem. 
    There might be problems with the detergent 
    dispenser valves.
    Detergent might be mixed 
    with the bleaching agent. Softener should not come into contact with 
    detergent when being added.
    There is 
    detergent left 
    on the laundry. Excessive laundry might 
    have been loaded in.
    Do not load the machine in excess.
    Wrong program and 
    temperature might have 
    been selected. Select the proper program and temperature for 
    the laundry to be washed.
    Wrong detergent may 
    have been used. Use wool detergents for woolens.
    There is too  much foam. You	may	not	be	using	
    proper detergent for 
    automatic washing 
    machines.
    Use only automatic washing machine 
    detergents in your washing machine.
    Excessive amount of 
    detergent may have been 
    used. Use only sufficient amount of detergent.
    Too much detergent 
    may have been used for 
    a small amount of lightly 
    soiled laundry. Use only sufficient amount of detergent.
    Detergent may have been 
    stored improperly. Store detergent in a closed and dry location. Do 
    not store in excessively hot places.
    Type of material being 
    washed	(lace	items	will	
    cause excessive foam due 
    to	their	meshed	structure). Use smaller amounts of detergent for lace 
    items.
    Detergent might have 
    been put in the wrong 
    compartment. If you put detergent in the prewash 
    compartment although you have not selected 
    a prewash cycle, the machine can take this 
    detergent during rinsing or softener step.
    Softener being released 
    early. You	may	have	added	too	much	softener. 
    The detergent dispenser might be problematic. 
    Water	may	be	siphoned	(pulling	the	softener	
    into	the	washer	early)	during	the	fill	or	rinse	
    cycles. 
    There might be problems with the valves.

    Machine	does	
    work. No light 
    is on.The plug might not be 
    plugged in the mains 
    outlet.
    Plug	should	be	checked.
    Fuse may have blown. Fuse should be checked.
    Electricity may be cut off. Power	should	be	checked.
    The	“On/Off”	button	might	
    have not been pressed. This button must be pressed.
    The machine 
    did not start 
    after the 
    program was 
    selected and 
    the “Start/
    Pause/Cancel”	
    button was 
    pressed. The front door may be 
    ajar.
     
    “Washing”	
    and “Start/
    Pause/Cancel”	
    lights are 
    flashing after 
    the program is 
    started.  Water may have been cut 
    off.
    You	can	restart	your	machine	by	pressing	the	
    “Start/Pause/Cancel”	button	for	a	short	time	
    after ensuring that the water is not cut off.

    9  Guarantee
    Your	new	Beko	product	is	guaranteed	
    against the cost of breakdown repairs 
    for twelve months from the date of the 
    original purchase. 
    What is covered?
    •	 Repairs	necessary	as	a	result	of faulty materials, defective 
    components or manufacturing 
    defect.   
    •	 The	cost	of	functional	replacement	 parts, but excluding consumable 
    items. 
    •	 The	labour	costs	of	a	Beko	 approved repairer to carry out the 
    repair. 
    What is not covered?
    •	 Transit,	delivery	or	accidental	 damage or misuse and abuse.
    •	 Cabinet	or	appearance	parts,	 including knobs, flaps, handles or 
    container lids.
    •	 Accessories	or	consumable	items	 including but not limited to, ice trays, 
    scrapers, cutlery baskets, filters and 
    light bulbs. 
    •	 Repairs	required	as	a	result	of	 unauthorised repair or inexpert 
    installation that fails to meet the 
    requirements contained in the user 
    instruction book.
    •	 Repairs	to	products	used	on	 commercial or non-residential 
    household premises.
    •	 Loss	of	frozen	food	in	freezers	 or	fridge/freezers.	(Food	loss	
    insurance is often included within 
    your household contents insurance 
    policy, or may be available 
    separately	from	your	retailer).
    Important notes.
    •	 Your	Beko	product	is	designed	and	 built for domestic household use 
    only. 
    •	 The	guarantee	will	be	void	if	the	 product is instalindicator light 
    or used in commercial or non- residential domestic household 
    premises.
    •	 The	product	must	be	correctly	 instalindicator light, located and 
    operated in accordance with the 
    instructions contained in the User 
    Instructions Booklet provided. 
    •	 Professional	installation	by	a	 qualified Electrical Domestic 
    Appliance Installer is recommended 
    for	all	Washing	Machines,	
    Dishwashers and Electric Cookers
    •	 Gas	Cookers	must	only	be	 instalindicator	light	by	a	CORGI	
    (or	BORD	GAIS)	registered	Gas	
    Installer. 
    •	 The	guarantee	is	given	only	within	 the boundaries of the United 
    Kingdom	and	the	Republic	of	
    Ireland.
    •	 The	guarantee	is	applicable	only	to	 new products and is not transferable 
    if the product is resold. 
    •	 Beko	disclaims	any	liability	for	 incidental or consequential 
    damages.
    •	 The	guarantee	does	not	in	anyway	 diminish your statutory or legal 
    rights.
