    Smart tag types
    Web
    Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, takes you to a webpage.
    Contact Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, adds the contact information in the Contacts app.
    Event Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, creates an appointment in the Calendar app.
    Facebook Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, takes you to your Facebook 
    profile in the Browser.
    Twitter
    Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, takes you to your Twitter 
    profile in the Browser.
    LinkedIn Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, takes you to your LinkedIn 
    profile in the Browser.
    Geo Location Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, searches for directions in the Maps application.
    Phone Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, calls a phone number.
    Email
    Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, composes an email. When you create the tag you can 
    fill in the
    Subject and Message 
    fields to prepopulate these fields when the tag is opened, or you can leave these fields blank.
    Text Message Use to create a smart tag that, when opened, composes a text message (SMS or MMS). When you create the tag
    you can 
    fill in the Message field to prepopulate this field when the tag is opened, or you can leave this field blank.

    identifies a resource by using your own URI (Uniform Resource Identifier). For

    							Favorite a smart tag
    You can make smart tags easier to 
    find if you mark them as favorites.
    1. In the Smart Tags app, touch and hold the tag that you want to favorite.

    View files on your device
    To view a

    View files on connected devices or networks
    You can view 
    files on devices that are connected to your BlackBerry device, such as a media card or a device connected by
    a USB cable. If you are logged in to a cloud application on your device, you can also access 
    files stored in the cloud. To
    access a 
    file stored on another device:

    Files and folders stored on the selected device appear in File Manager when opened or when viewed.

    Rename a file or folder
    File Manager allows you to make changes to 
    file and folder names, such as fixing a typo or word. To rename a file or folder:

    Add a folder
    When you open File Manager, a list of 
    pre-defined folders appears. To add a folder, do the following:

    Search for an item in File Manager
    1.Tap .
    2. Enter all, or part, of the name of the item you are searching for.
    Note: To search for an item on a connected device, you must perform the search when the device is open in File Manager.
    Sort files and folders
    You can view your 
    files and folders in order by name, date, type, or size. You can also decide whether to view your files and
    folders in ascending or descending order.
    Tip:  To change the way you view your files and folders, tap  to view them as a list or  to view them as a grid.

    About BlackBerry Balance and your work space BlackBerry Balance technology helps address corporate security concerns without limiting personal use of your BlackBerrydevice.  If your administrator turns on BlackBerry Balance, the device data, apps, and network access are separated so
    that you have a work space and a personal space. The separate spaces help you avoid activities such as accidentally
    copying work data into a personal app, or displaying 
    confidential work data during a BBM Video chat. If your administrator
    turns on BlackBerry Balance, your adminstrator can also specify security policies that turn on and turn

    							Lock your work spaceIf your BlackBerry device uses BlackBerry Balance technology to separate your work and personal activity, you can lockyour work space and continue to access personal 
    files, personal apps, and personal data in the personal space on your
    device.
    Depending on the rules set by your administrator, you might be able to use the same password for your work space password and your device password. You might not be able to set a simple password to lock your device.
