    Connecting the cable
    . Turn off the projector and the computer. 
    . C o n n e c t   t h e   C O N T R O L  p o r t   o f   t h e   p r o j e c t o r   w i t h   a   R S -  3  C   p o r t   o f 
    the  computer  by  a  RS-3C  cable  (cross).  Use  the  cable  that  fulfills  the 
    specification shown in the previous page.
    3. Turn the computer on, and after the computer has started up turn the 
    projector on.
