    •  An image with higher or lower resolution than the projector’s native 
    resolution (
    1920 × 1080 ) will be displayed with scaling technology.
    •  Sync on Green and Composite sync signals are not supported.
    •  Signals other than those specified in the table above may not be displayed 
    correctly. If this should happen, change the refresh rate or resolution on 
    your PC. Refer to Display Properties help section of your PC for proce-

    Ceiling Mount Installation
    If you wish to use a third party ceiling mount kit, please 
    ensure the screws used to attach a mount to the projector 
    meet the following specifications:
     Screw type: M4*4
     Maximum screw length: 11mm
     Minimum screw length: 8mm
    Warning: 1.  If you buy a ceiling mount from another 
    company, please 
    be sure to use the 
    correct screw size. 
    Screw size will vary 
    depending on the 
    thickness of the 
    mounting plate.
    2.  Be sure to keep at least 10 cm gap 
    between the ceiling 
    and the bottom of the 
    projector.
    3.  Avoid installing the projector near a heat 
    source.
    Warning: 
    If you wish to have the 
    projector installed on

    Do not attempt to install the projector 
    yourself.
    -  The projector must be installed by qualified 
    technicians in order 
    to ensure proper

    Enabling	your	notebook	PC's	signal	output	to	the	projector.	 	 			 A	combination	of	function	keys	will	enable/disable	the	external	display.	Usually,	the	combination	of	the"Fn"	key	along	with	one	of	the	12	function	keys	turns	the	external	display	on	or	off.	 		
    No	image	(blue 	background).	 		
    Still	no	image	even	though	you	press	the	AUTO	ADJUST	button.	 		
    Still	no	image	even	though	you	carry	out	[RESET]	in	the	projector's	menu.

    Some	pixels	are	lost.		
    Image	is	flickering.	 	 	
    Still	unchanged 	even	though	you	press	the	AUTO	ADJUST	button.

    Image	shows	flickering	or	color	drift	on	a	computer	signal.

    The	throw	distance	is	within	22.2	to	30.6	cm	(8.7"	to	12.1"	).

    No	sound.	 	 	
    Audio	cable	is	correctly	connected	to	the	audio	input	of	the	projector.	 		
    Still	unchanged 	even	though	you	adjusted	the	volume	level.
    Other
    		
    Remote	control	does	not	work.	 	 	
    No	obstacles	between	the	sensor	of	the	projector	and	the	remote	control.	 		
    Projector	is	placed	near	a	fluorescent	light	that	can	disturb	the	infrared	remote	controls.	 		
    Batteries	are	new	and	are	not	reversed	in	installation
    		
    Buttons	on	the	projector	cabinet	do	not	work.	 	 	
    [CONTROL	PANEL	LOCK]	is	not	turned	on	in	the	menu.
