When calculating your route, the Navigator 
IV examines the current traffic and 
automatically optimizes the route for the 
shortest time. If a severe traffic delay occurs 
on your route while you are navigating, the 
Navigator IV automatically recalculates 
the route. You might still be routed through 
traffic if no better alternative routes exist.

The media players can only be used when 
music can be played in a good stereo quality. 
When a non-A2DP headset is used, or there 
is no stereo headset connected to the audio 
jack (not accessible when in the motorcycle 
mount) the media player cannot be started.

To create a playlist on a computer:
1.  Using your computer and an audio 
program, create a playlist of music files. 
Save the playlist as an  M3U or M3U8 file. 
2.  If necessary, use a text editor application

the M3U file. The M3U file should only list

image files, in the Navigator IV internal 
memory or on an optional memory card. 
 NoTe: The Navigator IV is not 
compatible with Windows® 95, 98, Me, or 
NT. It is also not compatible with Mac® OS
