Playback with Special Effects
You can add the following two types of special 
effects before playback.
Wipe or fader effects
Add effects at the beginning and end of videos. 
These effects cannot be set for still images.
Playback effects
Add effects that, for example, alter the color 
tones of videos.Preparation:

Managing Files
You can directly manage recorded files in the 
camera.
CAUTION:Do not remove the recording medium or perform 
any other operation (such as turning off the 
power) while accessing files. Also, be sure to use 
the provided AC adapter, as the data on the 
recording medium may be corrupted if the 
battery becomes exhausted during operation. If 
the data on the recording medium becomes 
corrupted, format the recording medium.

(HDD) or SD cards. You have to format newly-
purchased SD cards with this camera before 
using them. This will also ensure stable speeds 
and operation when accessing the recording 
medium. Be aware that all files and data 
including protected files will be erased by the 
formatting process.
