Wartungsstellung:
Das Mähwerk ist gerade n ach oben gesperrt. Diese 
Setllung wird für Inspektionen und Reparaturen 
verwendet.
3 MONTAGE 
3.1 Mechanisches Ankuppeln
Weitere Informationen entnehmen Sie der Bedi- enungsanleitung des Geräts.
1. Senken Sie den Gerätehe ber ab und fahren Sie 
mit dem Gerät langsam und gerade auf das 
Mähwerk zu. Beobachten Sie gleichzeitig durch 
das Sichtgitter am Geräteboden die Einpassung.
2. Heben Sie den Geräteheber in die Transport- stellung, wenn die Zapfen im Geräteheber in 
den Öffnungen im Mähwerk sitzen.
3. Senken Sie den Geräteheber ab, bis das Mäh- werk den Boden berührt, ohne dass sich die 
Zapfen aus den Löchern bewegen.
4. Heben Sie den Gerätehe ber an, sodass das Mäh-
werk direkt über dem Boden schwebt.
5. Siehe Abb. 1. Montieren Sie die Sicherungss- plinte. Im Folgenden wird der linke 
Sicherungssplint beschrieben. Der rechte 
Sicherungssplint wird auf dieselbe Weise, jedo-
ch spiegelverkehrt montiert.
• Setzen Sie den Sicherungssplint von außen 
ein.
• Drücken Sie den Sicherungssplint über die 
Hubstrebe nach unten.
6. Verbinden Sie das Kabel für die elektrische  Schnitthöheneinstellung  mit dem Gerätean-
schluss rechts vorn (2:E).
3.2 Riemenmontage (125B)
Vor Montage des Riemens muss das Mähwerk an 
der Maschine aufgehängt sein.
1. Bringen Sie das Mähwerk in die Transportstel- lung. Weitere Informationen entnehmen Sie der 
Bedienungsanleitung des Geräts.
2. Stellen Sie die maxima le Schnitthöhe ein. Wei-
tere Informationen entnehmen Sie der Bedi-
enungsanleitung des Geräts.
3. Legen Sie den Riemen  am Knicklenkpunkt um 
die Riemenscheibe des Geräts.
4. Spannen Sie den Riemen mithilfe des Riemens- panners. Siehe Abb. 3.
3.3 Anschließen von Hydraulik- schläuchen (125H)
Dieser Abschnitt gilt nur  für Mähwerke, welche 
die beschriebenen hydr aulischen Funktionen 
haben. Stellen Sie vor dem Anschließen von 
Hydraulikschläuchen sicher, dass das 
Hydrauliksystem des Geräts nicht unt-
er Druck steht. Bei Hochdruck kann ein 
lebensgefährlicher Ölstrahl austreten.
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem An-
schließen, dass alle Anschlüsse sauber 
sind. Verunreinigung
en im Hydrauliköl 
verursachen schwere Schäden im Hy-
drauliksystem.
Lassen Sie einen eventuellen Überdruck im Hy-
drauliksystem des Geräts ab, indem sie alle Hy-
draulikbedienelemente be i angehaltenem Motor 
mehrmals vor- und zurückbewegen.
Reinigen Sie alle Anschlüsse, die verbunden wer-
den sollen.
Schließen Sie die Hydrau likschläuche gemäß der 
folgenden Tabelle an. Nach dem Anschließen wird 
das Mähwerk gemäß Tabelle gesteuert. 
3.4 Senkgeschwindigkeit
Stellen Sie die Geschwindigkeit des Mähwerks für 
das Senken aus der Transportstellung in die Arbe-
itsstellung ein. Weitere Informationen entnehmen 
Sie der Bedienungsanleitung des Geräts.
3.5 Reifendruck
Stellen Sie den Reifendruck gemäß den Anweisun-
gen in der Bedienungsanleitung der Maschine ein.
4 DEMONTAGE
Die Demontage des Mähwerks vom Gerät erfolgt 
in umgekehrter Montagerei henfolge (siehe oben).
5 BETRIEB 
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die zu mähende 
Rasenfläche vollständig frei von Frem-
dkörpern ist (Steine usw.).
5.1 Schnitthöhe 
Optimale Mähergebnisse werden erzielt, wenn das 
oberste Drittel abgeschnitten wird. Demnach soll-
ten zwei Drittel der Graslänge stehen bleiben. Sie-
he Abb. 4.
Wenn hohes Gras stark beschnitten werden soll, 
mähen Sie in zwei Durc hgängen mit unterschiedli-
cher Schnitthöhe.

Nutzen Sie bei einer unebenen Rasenfläche nicht 
die niedrigste Schnitthöheneinstellung. Andern-
falls besteht die Gefahr,  dass die Messer durch 
Bodenkontakt beschädigt werden und die oberste 
Erdschicht des Rasens abgetragen wird.
5.2 Neigung
Damit das Mähwerk optimal  arbeiten kann, ist eine 
korrekte Neigung erforderlic h. Der hintere Teil des 
Mähwerks lässt sich so einstellen, dass sich das 
Mähwerk über die Grundeinstellung hinaus nach 
vorn neigt. Der Neigungswinkel wirkt sich wie 
folgt auf das Mähergebnis aus.
5.2.1 Grundeinstellung
Diese liegt vor, wenn sich die Hinterkante 5 mm 
über der Vorderkante befindet. Demnach ist das 
Mähwerk nach vorn geneigt.
Das Mähwerk wird in Grundeinstellung geliefert.
Ein Mähwerk mit Grundein stellung erreicht den 
besten „Multiclip“-Effe kt sowie eine normale 
Verteilung des Mähguts. Die Grundeinstellung 
wird bei normalem Gras empfohlen.
5.2.2 Erhöhte Neigung
Wird das Mähwerk weiter nach vorn geneigt, nim-
mt die Multiclip-Wirkung ab, während das Mähgut 
besser verteilt wird und  die Kapazität steigt.
Eine erhöhte Neigung nach vorn wird bei stärker-
em Gras empfohlen.
Um die Neigung nach vorn zu erhöhen, heben Sie 
das Mähwerk an der Rückseite an und befestigen 
die Sicherungssplinte (5:A) in den unteren 
Löchern.
5.3 Kompostierung/Heckauswurf
Das Mähwerk kann Gras au f folgende zwei Arten 
schneiden:
• Kompostieren von Gras im Rasen.
• Auswerfen von Grasschnitt hinter dem Mäh- werk.
Das Mähwerk ist im Lieferzustand auf Kompos-
tieren eingestellt. Um den  Grasschnitt hinter dem 
Gerät auszuwerfen, ist der Stopfen auf Abb. 6 zu 
entfernen. 
Bringen Sie das Mähwerk in die Reinigungs- oder 
Wartungsstellung (siehe 6.2/6.3), um den Stopfen 
zu montieren bzw. demontieren.
5.4 Tipps zum Mähen 
Beachten Sie folgende Ratschläge, um perfekte 
Mähergebnisse zu erzielen:
• Mähen Sie regelmäßig.
• Betreiben Sie den Motor mit Vollgas.
• Mähen Sie ausschließlich trockenes Gras.
• Verwenden Sie stets scharfe Messer.
• Halten Sie die Untersei te des Mähwerks sauber.
6 WARTUNG 
6.1 Vorbereitung
Alle Service- und Wartungsmaßnahmen sind am 
ruhenden Gerät bei ausgeschaltetem Motor durch-
zuführen.
Ziehen Sie immer die Feststellbremse 
an, um ein Wegrollen der Maschine 
auszuschließen.
Stoppen Sie den Motor.
Ziehen Sie den Zündschlüssel ab, um 
ein unbeabsichtigtes Anlassen des Mo-
tors zu verhindern. 
6.2 Reinigungsstellung
Wenn sich das Mähwerk in der Reini-
gungsstellung befindet, darf der Motor 
unter keinen Umständen gestartet wer-
den.
1. Ziehen Sie die Feststellbremse an.
2. Bringen Sie das Mähwerk in die Transportstel- lung.
3. Stellen Sie die maximale Schnitthöhe ein.
4. Stoppen Sie den Motor
5. Lösen Sie die beiden Splinte (5:A) und ent- fernen Sie eventuell vorhandene Scheiben.
6. 125B: Lösen Sie den Ri emenspanner und haken 
Sie den Riemen von der Riemenscheibe der 
Maschine ab. Siehe Abb. 3.
125H: Nehmen Sie die beiden gröberen Hy-
draulikschläuche vom Anschluss (2:PTO) am 
Gerät ab.
7. Stellen Sie die Sperre (7:C) in die hintere Stel- lung, sodass sie sperren kann.
8. Greifen Sie das Mähwerk an der Vorderkante  und heben Sie es an, bis das Mähwerk in der er-
sten Sperrstellung einrastet. 
Siehe Abb. 8.
6.3 Wartungsstellung
Wenn sich das Mähwerk in der War-
tungsstellung befindet, darf der Motor 
unter keinen Umständen gestartet wer-
den.
1. Bringen Sie das Mähwerk in die Reini- gungsstellung. Siehe oben.
2. Greifen Sie das Mähwerk an der Vorderkante  und heben Sie es weiter an, bis das Mähwerk in 
der zweiten Sperrstellung  einrastet. Siehe Abb. 
9.

6.4 Zurückstellen
Das Mähwerk muss aus der Reinigungs- und der 
Wartungsstellung von zwei Personen wie folgt 
zurückgestellt werden:
1. Person 1 hebt das Mähwerk an der Vorderkante 
an, sodass Sperre (7:C)  nicht mehr voll greift.
2. Person 2 stellt die Sperre in die vordere Stel- lung.
3. Person 1 lässt das Mähwerk vorsichtig auf den  Boden ab.
4. Die weiteren Anschlüsse werden gemäß der  jeweiligen Abschnitte in „3“ vorgenommen.
6.5 Reinigung
Reinigen Sie die Unterseite des Mähwerks nach 
jedem Gebrauch. 
Bringen Sie das Mähwerk  in die Reinigungsstel-
lung. 
Reinigen Sie die Mähwerkunterseite sorgfältig. 
Verwenden Sie dazu Wasser und eine Bürste.
Wenn die Oberflächen gänzlich sauber und trock-
en sind, ist der Lack ausz ubessern. Tragen Sie ver-
schleißfeste Farbe auf, die für Metall und 
Außenbereiche ausgelegt ist.
7 WARTUNG
7.1 Schmierung
Schmieren Sie  sämtliche Schmierpunkte gemäß 
unten stehender Tabelle.
Die drei Mähwellen  (11:B) müssen alle 100 Be-
triebsstunden sowie nach je der Wäsche geschmiert 
werden.
Die anderen Schmierpunkt e müssen alle 250 Be-
triebsstunden geschmiert werden.
Verwenden Sie eine Fettspritze mit Universalfett 
für Schmiernippel. Pumpen  Sie solange, bis Fett 
austritt. Die Schmiernippel werden in Abb. 11 
gezeigt.
7.2 Messerwechsel (10:P)
Tragen Sie beim Wechseln von Messern 
bzw. Klingen Schutzhandschuhe, um 
Schnittverletzungen auszuschließen.
Achten Sie stets darauf, dass die Messer scharf 
sind. So erzielen Sie optimale Mähergebnisse. 
Kontrollieren Sie nach ei ner Kollision stets den 
Zustand der Messer bzw. Klingen. Bei einer Be-
schädigung des Messersystems sind defekte Teile 
auszutauschen.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Original-
ersatzteile. Die Verwendung anderer 
Ersatzteile ist mit Risiken verbunden, 
auch wenn die Teil e zum Gerät passen.
Montieren Sie neue Kli ngen mit dem eingestanz-
ten Text nach unten.
Verwenden Sie hierbei fo lgendes Drehmoment: 45 
Nm.
7.3 Schutzbleche
An der Unterseite des  Mähwerkgehäuses befinden 
sich zwei Schutzbleche. Diese können bei Bedarf 
ausgetauscht werden.
8 ERSATZTEILE
STIGA-Originalersatzteile und -Zubehör sind spe-
ziell für STIGA-Geräte konstruiert. Alle anderen 
Ersatz- und Zubehörteile wu rden nicht von STIGA 
kontrolliert und zugelassen.
Der Einsatz solcher Ersatz- und Zube-
hörteile kann Funktionsweise und 
Sicherheit des Geräts beeinträchtigen. 
STIGA haftet nicht für Schäden, die 
durch den Einsatz derartiger Produkte 
entstehen.

1.1 Symbols

2 DESCRIPTION
2.1 Controls and functions
2.1.1 Cutting height adjustment
The cutting height can be  adjusted between 35 and 
100 mm. 
The setting can be adjusted infinitely variably us-
ing a switch on the machine.
2.1.2 Composting/rear ejection
The deck can cut grass in two ways:
• Compost the grass into the lawn.
• Eject the grass behind the deck.
2.1.3 Catch
In the raised position the deck can be locked in the 
cleaning and service position. Locking occurs via 
catch.
2.1.4 Incline
The angle of the deck can be adjusted to achieve 
different cutting charac teristics. See “5.2”.
2.1.5 Mounting in  implement lifter
The deck is mounted in th e implement lifter’s lift-
ing beam via two holes at  the rear. The suspension 
is secured by a locking pin in each lifting member.
2.1.6 Positions
Definitions of the deck’s  different positions are de-
scribed below:
Floating position
: 
The deck rests under its own weight against the 
ground and follows the cont ours of the ground dur-
ing operation.
Transporting position
:
The deck is raised and does not touch the ground. 
Used for transportation to  and from the work place.
Cleaning position
:
The deck is locked upwar ds at an angle. Used 
when cleaning.
Service position
:
The deck is locked straight upwards. Used during 
inspections and repair.

3 ASSEMBLY 
3.1 Mechanical connection
Also refer to the machine’s instructions for use.
1. Lower the implement lift and slowly drive the machine straight towards the cutting deck. Note 
the alignment through the  viewing grille in the 
machine’s floor.
2. Raise the implement lift to the transport posi- tion when the pins in the implement lift corre-
spond with the holes in the cutting deck.
3. Lower the implement lift so that the cutting  deck touches the ground without the pins leav-
ing the holes.
4. Raise the implement lift so  that the cutting deck 
is just off the ground.
5. See fig. 1. Install the lock ing pins. The left lock-
ing pin is described below. The right locking pin 
is installed in the same way, but mirror imaged.
• Insert the locking pin from the outside.
• Press the locking pin down over the lifting 
beam.
6. Connect the cable for electric cutting height ad- justment in the machine’s front right socket 
(2:E).
3.2 Installing the belt (125B)
The deck must be suspended on the machine be-
fore the belt is installed.
1. Set the deck in the transport position. Refer to the machine’s instructions for use.
2. Set the maximum cutting height. Refer to the  machine’s instructions for use.
3. Place the belt around the machine’s belt pulley  at the pivot point.
4. Tension the belt with th e belt tensioner. See fig. 
3.
3.3 Connecting the hydraulic hoses  (125H)
This section only applies to decks which have the 
hydraulic functions described.
Check the machine’s hydraulic system 
is not pressurised before connecting the 
hydraulic hoses. Risk  of extremely dan-
gerous oil spray while under high pres-
sure.
Check that all connec tors are clean be-
fore connecting. Contaminants in the 
hydraulic oil cause serious damage to 
the hydraulic system.
Neutralise any overpressure in the machine’s hy-
draulic system by moving  all hydraulic controls 
forward and backwards several times with the en-
gine stopped. Clean all connectors that
 are to be connected.
Connect the hydraulic hoses according to the table 
below. 
After connection, the deck is operated according to 
the table. 
3.4 Lowering speed
Set the deck’s speed for lowering from the trans-
port position to the worki ng position. Refer to the 
machine’s instructions for use.
3.5 Tyre pressure
Adjust the tyre pressures according to the ma-
chine’s instructions for use.
4 DISMANTLING
Remove the deck from the machine in reverse or-
der according to installation above.
5 USING THE MACHINE 
Check that the grass that is to be cut is 
completely free of foreign objects such 
as stones etc.
5.1 Cutting height 
The best cutting results are achieved when the 
when the top third of the gras s is cut off. I.e. 2/3 of 
the length of the grass remains. See fig. 4.
If the grass is long and has to be cut significantly, 
cut twice using different cutting heights.
Do not use the lowest cutting heights if the lawn 
surface is uneven. This would entail a risk of the 
blades being damaged against the surface and the 
lawn’s top layer of soil being removed.
5.2 Incline
In order for the cutting deck to cut optimally, the 
correct incline is required.  The cutting deck’s rear 
section can be adju sted so that the deck has a great-
er forward incline than  that provided by the basic 
setting. This incline affe cts the cutting results as 
follows.
5.2.1 Basic setting
The deck is in the basic setting when its rear edge 
is 5 mm above its front edge. This means that the 
deck is inclined forwards.

The deck is default set upon delivery.
When the deck is in the basic setting, the best 
“Multiclip” effect and good dispersion of the cut 
grass are achieved. The basic setting is recom-
mended for normal grass.
5.2.2 Greater inclination
When the cutting deck is inclined forwards, the 
“Multiclip” effect is reduced while the cut grass is 
dispersed better and th e capacity is increased.
Greater forward inclina tion is recommended for 
thicker grass.
Greater forward inclinati on is achieved by lifting 
the deck at the rear edge  and installing the locking 
pins (5:A) in the lower holes.
5.3 Composting/rear ejection
The deck can cut grass in two ways:
• Compost the grass into the lawn.
• Eject the grass behind the deck.
The deck is set for composting on delivery. In or-
der to eject the grass behind the deck, the plug in 
fig. 6 must be removed. 
Set the deck in cleaning or service position (see 
6.2/6.3) in order to remove/install the plug.
5.4 Mowing advice 
In order to achieve optimum mowing results, fol-
low the advice below:
• Cut frequently.
• Run the engine at full throttle.
• The grass should be dry.
• Use sharp blades.
• Keep the underside of the cutting deck clean.
6 MAINTENANCE 
6.1 Preparation
All service and all maintena nce must be carried out 
on a stationary machine with the engine switched 
off.
Prevent the machine from rolling by al-
ways applying the parking brake.
Stop the engine.
Prevent unintentional starting of the 
engine by removing the ignition key. 
6.2 Washing position
It is absolutely forbidden to start the 
engine when the deck  is in the cleaning 
position.
1. Activate the parking brake.
2. Set the deck in the transport position.
3. Set the maximum cutting height.
4. Stop the engine
5. Remove both pins (5:A ) and remove any wash-
ers.
6. 125B: Slacken off the belt tensioner and unhook  the belt from the machine’s pulley. See fig. 3.
125H: isconnect both thick hydraulic hoses at 
the socket (2:PTO) on the machine. 
7. Set the catch (7:C) to the rear position so that it  can lock.
8. Grip the front edge of  the deck and lift up until 
the deck locks in the first locking position. 
See fig. 8.
6.3 Service position
It is absolutely forbidden to start the 
engine when the deck is in the service 
position.
1. Set the deck to the cl eaning position. See above.
2. Grip the front edge of the deck and lift up fur- ther until the deck locks in the second locking 
position. See fig. 9.
6.4 Resetting
Two people are required to reset from the cleaning 
and service position as follows:
1. Person 1 lifts the deck at the front edge so that it releases from catch (7:C).
2. Person 2 sets the catch to the front position.
3. Person 1 carefully lowe rs the deck to the 
ground.
4. Other connections are made according to the  relevant section under “3”.
6.5 Cleaning
The underside of the deck must be cleaned after 
each use. 
Set the deck in the cleaning position. 
Clean the underside of the deck thoroughly. Use 
water and a brush.
When the surfaces are completely dry and clean, 
touch up the paintwork. Us e durable paint intended 
for metal outdoors.

7 MAINTENANCE
7.1 Lubrication
Lubricate all lubrication points according to the ta-
ble below.
The three cutting shafts (11:B) must be lubricated 
every 100 operating hours as well as after each 
clean.
Other lubrication points mu st be lubricated every 
250 hours of operation.
Use a grease gun, filled with universal grease for 
the grease nipples. Pump until grease protrudes. 
The lubrication points are shown in fig. 11.
7.2 Replacing blades (10:P)
Wear protective gloves when changing 
blade(s) to avoid cutting yourself.
Check that the blades ar e always sharp. This pro-
duces the best cutting results. 
Always check the blade(s)  after a collision. If the 
blade system has been damaged, defective parts 
should be replaced.
Always use genuine  spare parts. Non-
genuine spare parts can entail a risk of 
injury, even if they fit the machine.
Install the new blade with  the punched text facing 
down.
Tightening torque: 45 Nm.
7.3 Wear protection
There are two wear protection devices on the un-
derside of the cutting deck to protect it. These can 
be replaced if necessary.
8 SPARE PARTS
STIGA genuine spare parts and accessories are de-
signed specifically for STIGA machines. Please 
note that ‘non-genuine’ spar e parts and accessories 
have not been checked or approved by STIGA:
The use of such parts and accessories 
can affect the function  and safety of the 
machine. STIGA accepts no responsi-
bility for damage or injuries caused by 
such products.

Lire le mode d’emploi  et le manuel de sé-
curité avant d’utiliser la machine.
Attention
Ne pas glisser les main s ou les pieds sur le 
capot lorsque la machine fonctionne.
Attention
Des objets laissés à labandon peuvent 
provoquer des accidents. Seules les per-
sonnes autorisées doivent sapprocher de 
la machine.
Attention
Avant toute intervention sur la machine 
(entretien, réparation, etc.), retirer la clé 
de contact.
Attention
Concerne le plateau hydraulique. 
Toujours déconnecter les flexibles hy-
drauliques de la prise PTO avant de mettre 
le plateau en position de nettoyage ou 
dentretien. Risque de projections dhuile 
hautement dangereuses.
1.2 Références
1.2.1 Chiffres
Les chiffres utilisés dans  ce mode demploi sont 
des chiffres arabes (1, 2, 3, etc.). 
Les pièces illustrées sont repérées par des lettres 
majuscules (A, B, C, etc.).
La référence dun élément « E » illustré à la fi\
gure 
« 5 » est « 5:E ». 1.2.2 Intitulés des rubriques
Les intitulés des diverses
 rubriques de ce mode 
demploi sont numérotés comme suit :
« 2.3.2 » est une sous-rubrique  de la rubrique « 2.3 
».
Les renvois aux différentes rubriques se font en 
principe uniquement à laide de leur numéro. Par 
exemple « Voir 2.3.2 ».
2 DESCRIPTION
2.1 Commandes et fonctionnalités
2.1.1 Réglage de la hauteur de coupe
La hauteur de coupe est réglable de 35 à 100 mm 
La hauteur de coupe se règle en continu grâce au 
commutateur situé sur la machine.
2.1.2 Compostage/éjection arrière
Le plateau peut tondre  de deux manières dif-
férentes:
• En composant l’herbe dans la pelouse.
• En éjectant l’herbe par l’arrière.
2.1.3 Patte de verrouillage
Le plateau se verrouille en position haute pour per-
mettre nettoyage et entretien. Le verrouillage se 
fait à laide de la patte prévue à cet effet.
2.1.4 Assiette
Lassiette du plateau est  réglable (horizontale ou 
inclinée) selon les besoins de la coupe. 
Voir « 5.2 ».
2.1.5 Montage sur le dispositif de levage
Le plateau se fixe au longeron du dispositif de le-
vage à laide des deux trous  arrière. La suspension 
se verrouille à laide d une goupille au niveau de 
chaque bras de levage.
2.1.6 Positions
Description des différentes positions possibles du 
plateau :
Position de tonte
: 
Le plateau repose contre le  sol et en épouse le re-
lief.
Position de transport
:
Le plateau est relevé  ; il ne touche pas le sol. Posi-
tion réservée au transport entre le lieu de stockage 
et le lieu de tonte.
Position de nettoyage
:
Le plateau est relevé et  incliné. Position réservée 
au nettoyage.
Position dentretien
:
Le plateau est en position verticale. Position serv-
ant aux contrôles et aux réparations.

3 ASSEMBLAGE 
3.1 Mise en place du plateau
Consulter également le mode demploi de la ton-deuse.
1. Abaisser le dispositif de levage et approcher  doucement la tondeuse du  plateau de coupe, en 
ligne droite. Contrôler l alignement par le re-
gard du plancher de la machine.
2. Mettre le dispositif  en position haute (position 
de transport) pour fair e coïncider les ergots du 
dispositif avec les trous du plateau de coupe.
3. Abaisser le dispositif de levage de manière à  poser le plateau de coupe sur le sol sans les dé-
solidariser lun de lautre.
4. Relever légèrement le di spositif de levage - le 
plateau de coupe ne doit plus reposer au sol.
5. Voir figure 1. Installer les goupilles de blocage.  Voir ci-dessous la marche à suivre pour poser la 
goupille gauche. Pour  la goupille droite, 
procéder de la même faç on, en inversant le sens 
dintroduction. 
• Introduire la goupille par lextérieur.
• Enfoncer la goupille dans le longeron de le-
vage.
6. Connecter le câble de ré glage électrique de la 
hauteur de coupe sur la prise située à l’avant 
droit de la machine (2:E).
3.2 Mise en place de la courroie  (125B)
Le plateau doit être monté sur la machine avant in-
stallation de la courroie.
1. Mettre le plateau en position de transport. Con-
sulter le mode dempl oi de la tondeuse.
2. Définir la hauteur de  coupe maximale. Consult-
er le mode demploi de la tondeuse.
3. Placer la courroie sur la poulie de la tondeuse.
4. Tendre la courroie à l aide du tendeur. Voir fig-
ure 3.
3.3 Branchement des flexibles hy- drauliques (125H)
Cette section concerne  uniquement les plateaux 
dotés des fonctions hydrauliques décrites.
Sassurer que le circuit hydraulique de 
la tondeuse nest pas sous pression 
avant de raccorder les  flexibles. Sil est 
sous pression, des projections dhuile 
extrêmement dangereuses peuvent se 
produire. Contrôler la propreté des connecteurs 
avant tout branchemen
t. La présence 
de corps étrangers dans le fluide hy-
draulique peut gr avement endommag-
er le circuit.
Éliminer toute surpression  en actionnant les leviers 
à plusieurs reprises et dans les deux sens, moteur 
arrêté.
Nettoyer chaque connecteur avant de le brancher.
Brancher les flexibles hydrauliques comme in-
diqué dans le tableau ci-d essous. Une fois les flex-
ibles en place, actionne r le plateau selon les 
indications du tableau. 
3.4 Vitesse dabaissement
Régler la vitesse à laquell e le plateau passe de la 
position de transport à la  position de tonte. Con-
sulter le mode demploi de la tondeuse.
3.5 Pression des pneus
Régler la pression des pne us selon les indication 
du mode demploi de la tondeuse.
4 DÉMONTAGE
Démonter le plateau de c oupe en inversant l’ordre 
des instructions de montage ci-dessus.
5 TONTE 
Sassurer que le gazon est complète-
ment libre de corps étrangers (pierres, 
etc.)
5.1 Hauteur de coupe 
Pour un résultat optimal,  couper lherbe sur envi-
ron un tiers de sa longueur , de manière donc à nen 
laisser que les deux tiers inférieurs. Voir figure 4.
Si lherbe est haute, procéder par passes succes-
sives.
Ne pas régler la hauteur  de coupe au minimum si 
le sol est irrégulier. sous peine dendommager les 
lames et déliminer la couc he de terre superficielle.

5.2 Assiette
Pour une coupe optimale, lassiette du plateau doit 
être correctement réglée. Linclinaison du plateau 
se règle par larrière. Langle dinclinaison (« assi-
ette ») influe sur la tonte, comme on va le voir ci-
après.
5.2.1 Assiette neutre
Le plateau a une assiette  neutre lorsque son bord 
arrière est plus haut de 5 mm que son bord avant. 
En dautres termes, lorsqu il est légèrement incliné 
vers lavant.
Cest sa position par dé faut à la livraison.
Cette position donne les meilleurs résultats « Mul-
ticlip » ainsi quune bonne  dispersion de lherbe 
coupée. Elle est recommandée pour un gazon nor-
mal.
5.2.2 Inclinaison supérieure
Lorsque le plateau est davantage incliné vers 
lavant, leffet « Multiclip » est moins prononcé, 
pour une dispersion et une capacité de coupe 
supérieures.
Cette position est recommandée dans le cas dun 
gazon épais.
Pour agmenter l’inclinaison avant, soulever le pla-
teau du côté arrière et in staller les goupilles (5:A) 
dans les trous du bas.
5.3 Compostage/éjection arrière
Le plateau peut tondre de deux manières dif-
férentes:
• En composant l’herbe dans la pelouse.
• En éjectant l’herbe par l’arrière.
À la livraison, le plateau  de coupe est réglé pour le 
compostage. Pour éjecter l’herbe à l’arrière, retirer 
le bouchon illustré à la fig. 6. 
Régler le plateau en pos ition de nettoyage ou de 
maintenance (voir 6.2/6.3) pour enlever ou remet-
tre le bouchon.
5.4 Recommandations 
pour une tonte optimale
• Tondre fréquemment.
• Faire tourner le mote ur à régime maximum.
• Le gazon doit être sec.
• Maintenir les lames affûtées.
• La face inférieure du plateau de coupe doit être  propre.
6 ENTRETIEN 
6.1 Préparatifs
Toute intervention dentret ien doit se faire après 
immobilisation de la tondeuse et arrêt du moteur.
Toujours mettre le frein à main.
Couper le moteur.
Pour éviter tout dé marrage intempestif, 
retirer la clé de contact. 
6.2 Position de nettoyage
Il est absolument interdit de démarrer 
le moteur lorsque le plateau est en posi-
tion de nettoyage.
1. Mettre le frein à main.
2. Mettre le plateau en position de transport.
3. Définir la hauteur de coupe maximale.
4. Couper le moteur. 
5. Retirer les deux goupilles (5:A) ainsi que les  rondelles éventuellement présentes.
6. 125B: Desserrer le tendeur de courroie et décro- cher la courroie de la po ulie de la tondeuse. Voir 
figure 3.
125H: Débrancher les deux gros flexibles hy-
drauliques de leur prise (2:PTO) sur la ton-
deuse. 
7. Tirer la patte (7:C) vers  larrière (verrouillage).
8. Saisir le bord avant du  plateau et le relever 
jusquau premier cran.

6.3 Position dentretien
Il est absolument interdit de démarrer 
le moteur lorsque le plateau est en posi-
tion dentretien.
1. Mettre le plateau en pos ition de nettoyage. Voir 
ci-dessus.
2. Saisir le bord avant  du plateau et le lever 
jusquau deuxième cran. Voir figure 9.
6.4 Pour remettre le plateau en po- sition normale :
Cette opération doit être  effectuée par deux per-
sonnes, comme suit.
1. Une personne soulève le plateau par lavant  pour dégager la patte de verrouillage (7:C).
2. Lautre personne pousse  la patte vers lavant.
3. La première personne abaisse avec précautions  le plateau jusquau sol.
4. Effectuer les branchements décrits à la rubrique  « 3 ».
