    This feature allows LG, and any third party acting on LGs behalf, to ac\
    cess and use the log

    LG Bridge is an application that helps you conveniently manage images, m\
    usic, videos, 
    documents, etc. from a LG mobile device on your PC wirelessly.
     NOTE

    X Supported features may vary depending on the device. 
     
    X The LG unified USB driver is a program required to connect an LG mobile \
    device to a 
    PC. It is automatically installed when installing LG Bridge.
    Features of LG Bridge
    Back up and restore the data of your mobile device via USB.
    To download the LG Bridge software, please do the following:
    1  Go to www.lg.com.
    2   Go to SUPPORT > MOBILE SUPPORT > PC Sync.
    3   Select the model information and click  GO.
    4   Scroll down, select the PC SYNC tab > Windows or Mac OS > DOWNLOAD to 
    download LG Bridge.

    How to Connect Your Mobile Device in LG Bridge 
    You can connect LG Bridge to another device using a USB cable.

    How to use LG AirDrive
    You can share or manage content from your tablet on a computer via Wi-Fi \
    or mobile 
    data. When you sign in to the same LG Account on your tablet and compute\
    r, you can 
    use the LG AirDrive function.
    1  Log in to the same LG account on a mobile devices and a PC.
    2   Enable LG AirDrive in the LG Bridge settings menu.
     Settings > Share &  connect > LG Bridge > 
    LG AirDrive. A checkmark indicates 
    that the feature is enabled.
    3   Run the LG Bridge application on your PC and select  LG AirDrive.

    Device Software Update
    This feature allows you to update the firmware of your device to the lat\
    est version 
    conveniently from the internet without the need to visit a service cente\
    r.
    For more information on how to use this function, please visit:

    As the device firmware update requires the user’s full attention for the duration of the 
    update process, please make sure to check all instructions and notes tha\
    t appear at 
    each step before proceeding. Please note that removing the USB cable or \
    battery during 
    the upgrade may seriously damage your device.
    LG Device Software Update via Over-the-Air (OTA)
    This feature allows you to update the firmware of your device to the new\
    er version 
    conveniently via OTA without connecting the USB cable. This feature is only available if 
    and when LG makes the newer version of the firmware available for your d\
    evice.  
    First, you can check the software version on your device:
    Tap  >  >  > About tablet > Software info.
    To perform the device software update, tap
      >  >  >  About tablet >  Update 
    Center  > Software Update >  Update now.
     NOTE
     
    X Your personal data —including information about your Google account an\
    d any other 
    accounts, your system/application data and settings, any downloaded appl\
    ications and 
    your DRM licence —might be lost in the process of updating your devic\
    es software.

    Troubleshooting
