Your device has context-sensitive help. To access help when an application is 
open, select Options> Help. To switch between help and the application that is

1. Get started
■Insert a (U)SIM card and battery
This device uses BP-5M batteries.
1. To open the back cover of the device, with the back of the device facing you 
slide the cover toward the bottom of the device (1), and remove it (2). To 
remove the battery, lift it from the end (3).
2. Slide the (U)SIM card in the SIM card holder (4).
Make sure that the gold-coloured contact area on the card is facing downward 
on the device, and the bevelled corner faces toward the card holder slot.

Remove a memory card
Important: Do not remove the memory card in the middle of an operation when 
the card is being accessed. Removing the card in the middle of an operation may 
damage the memory card as well as the device, and data stored on the card may be 
corrupted.
1. Press briefly the power key.
2. Scroll to Remove memory card, and select OK> Ye s.
3. Open the memory card slot door.
4. Push the card gently to release it.
5. Pull the card out, and select OK.
