    Error messages and screen color
    When general or guest users access the Single Camera page outside the 
    Operation Time, or when over 30 (the maximum number) users access the page 
    simultaneously, a gray screen and error messages will be displayed on the page.
    Error Message Cause and Remedy
    Operation time has 
    been specified.When general or guest users access the Single Camera 
    page outside the Operation Time, a gray screen will be 
    displayed. Clicking [Refresh] on the web browser displays 
    an error message. Consult your administrator about the 
    Operation Time.
    Maximum number 
    of connections 
    exceeded.When [Motion] is selected for the Refresh Interval, up to 30 
    users can access the camera simultaneously. For the 31st 
    user, a gray screen and an error message will be displayed 
    on the Single Camera and Buffered Image pages. Wait for 
    a moment, and click [Refresh] on the web browser, or 
    change the value for the Refresh Interval.

    Increase in the number of preset positions
    Up to 20 preset positions can be registered. These positions can be changed.
     Registered buttons are shown in blue.
     Unregistered buttons are shown in white.
    1.Click [Program].
     [Program] switches to [Cancel]. 
    Click [Cancel] to quit without saving 
    changes.
    2.Pan and tilt the camera to a desired 
    position.
    3.Select a preset position (1–20) from 
    drop-down list, and enter the preset 
    name.
    E.g.:
    Setting Center for the preset 5. When 
    selecting a preset button (1–8), enter the 
    preset name.
     Maximum 15 characters.
     Enter ASCII characters or 
    characters in each language. But 
    [Space], [], [], [&], [] are 
    not available.
    4.Click [Save] to register, or click [Back] 
    and [Cancel] to cancel.
     If Success! is displayed, click 
    [Back].

    Note
     Only an administrator can register preset positions.
     When registering preset positions, the camera also saves brightness and 
    white balance settings. The digital zoom value will not be saved.
     The registered preset positions can be selected in the Specified Position 
    of Return to Specified Position on the Camera page. (See page 7)
     The registered preset positions can be selected in the Lens Position When 
    Triggered setting when Alarm No.1–2 or Motion Detection is selected for 
    the Trigger in the Trigger Setting window. (See page 8 or page 9)
     The registered preset positions can be viewed on your cell phone. (See 
    page 10)
    Viewing the Image

    Click or select the home position, 
    alarm position or registered preset

     The camera takes each position, 
    and the image is displayed.

     The registered preset positions

     The preset position may be 
    developed into a gap.

    Changing or Deleting the Settings
    1.
    Click [Program].
     [Program] switches to [Cancel]. 
    Click [Cancel] to quit without saving 
    changes.
    2.Pan and tilt the camera to a desired 
    position.
     When deleting, this step is not 
    necessary.
    3.Click the home position, alarm position 
    or a preset number (1–20).
    Note
    All the items can be selected from the 
    drop-down list. It is also possible to set 
    positions 1–8 by clicking the preset 
    buttons.
    4.Click [Save] after setting the preset 
    name or click [Delete].
     If you quit to change or delete 
    settings, click [Back], and then 
    [Cancel].
     If Success! is displayed, click 
    [Back].
    Note
    The home position or the alarm position 
    cannot be deleted, and these position 
    names cannot be changed either.

    [Time] of Return to Specified Position on the Camera page is changed.
    Setting Description
    Return to 
    Specified 
    Po s i ti o n If the camera is not operated during the specified period, 
    the camera turns to the specified position.
     The following settings are available.
    – Time - Do not move, 10 s, 20 s, 30 s, 1 min, 5 min, 10 
    min, 30 min, 1 h
    – Specified Position - Home Position, Preset No.1–20, 
    Alarm No.1, Alarm No.2
    Note
     If you did not set any presets, the camera cannot turn 
    to the preset position.
     When registering preset positions, set Time long 
    enough to complete the registration process. 
    If Time is set too short, the camera will return to the 
    specified position while registering preset positions.

    buffering or transferring images
    One of 20 registered preset positions, as well as the home position or alarm 
    positions 1–2, can be selected for the Lens Position When Triggered by motion 
    detection. Images from this position will be buffered or transferred.
    Note
    If you enable the Lens Position When Triggered setting, buffer/transfer starts 
    after the camera turns to the home position, alarm positions 1–2 or registered 
    preset positions 1–20.
