LKeep the product away from electrical
    noise generating devices, such as
    fluorescent lamps and motors.

    excessive smoke, dust, high
    temperature, and vibration.
LThe product should not be exposed to
    direct sunlight.

(104 °F), except when charging (page
11). Damp basements should also be
    avoided.

    Setting up the unit
    Connecting the AC adaptor
LUse only the included Panasonic AC
    adaptor PQLV203.
    Note:
LThe AC adaptor must remain connected
at all times. (It is normal for the adaptor

LThe AC adaptor should be connected to
a vertically oriented or floor-mounted AC
outlet. Do not connect the AC adaptor to
a ceiling-mounted AC outlet, as the
weight of the adaptor may cause it to
    become disconnected.
    Battery installation
1Insert the battery as shown. Insert the
S and T end of the battery first.
2Close the cover in the direction of the
    arrows.

you to use the unit in a location where
    there is no power outlet.
    We recommend keeping the AC
    adaptor connected for normal usage.
