FEATURES
The MPEG2 Image Delivery System delivers image data as streaming data to a network such as a LAN. This system
consists of the encoder that converts an analog video signal (NTSC) to the digital data (MPEG2), and the decoder that
converts the digital data (MPEG2) to the analog video signal (NTSC).
•This system features the MPEG2 compression scheme. It is possible to send and receive motion pictures at 
30 fps, up to  9 Mbps.

MAJOR OPERATING CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS
qPower Indicator (OPERATE)
This indicator lights up when the power of the
encoder is on.
When the temperature inside the encoder becomes
remarkably high, this indicator will start blinking.
It will take around 2 minutes and  45 seconds to start
up the encoder after turning the power on.
During start up, the STATUS indicators (STATUS 1 -
5) will light up in order. When the STATUS 5
indicator lights up, it is possible to operate the
encoder.
