 Installing DV STUDIO 3.1E-SE    
 (Optional Software)
1  Turn on the personal computer and start up 
Windows.
2  Insert the CD-ROM (Optional Software) into 
the personal computer’s CD-ROM drive.
•  Quit all applications.
•  The [Setup Menu] Screen appears.
5  After the completion of setup, click on [Finish].
3  Click [DV STUDIO].
4 Click [Next].
•  Installation will be completed.
•  Sample data is installed concurrently with the DV 
STUDIO 3.1E-SE software.

If you no longer need software or 
driver (Uninstall)

•  When a Card with data recorded on it is inserted 
into a personal computer, folders will be displayed

[100CDPFP]:

recorded in the JPEG format.

 Concerning the Power Supply• When the Camcorder has been used for a long time, 
the Camera body becomes warm, but this is not a 
malfunction.
• If the [CHARGE] Lamp does not light up although 
the Battery is attached to the AC Adaptor, detach the 
Battery and reattach it.

between recorded pictures may become large. In 
this case, back up your important data on a PC, and 
format your card using this Camcorder.
 Quick Start• During the Quick Start Standby Mode, a minute 
amount of electricity is consumed.

Mode for 5 minutes, it will be turned into the Quick
