(Key Bank Hold) 
It is possible to set an extension for putting an 
outside call on hold temporarily while making a 
call on another outside line. 
In this case the initiaicail is automatically put on 
hold by pressing the FF key for the outside line you 
intend to use for the other call without the need 
for pressing the HOLD key.
