Loo kforuna uthorize dreplacemen tparts,particul arly transistors, thatwere installed during aprevious repai r.Point them out to the customer and recommend their replacement. 4.Look for partswhich ,though functionin g,showobvious signs ofde t e ri ora t i on.P o i ntthem outtot hecu s t o m e rand recommend their replacement. 5.Check the power cable for cracks and abrasion. Recommend the replacement of a ny su ch p ower c able to the custome r. 6.Check the B+ volta ge to see it is at the values speci fied. 7.Check themetal trim ,“metalli zed”kno bs,screws ,andall other exposed metal parts for AC leakage.
