    Private L ine
    Des crip ti on
    The Private Lin e as signme nt p rov ide s a quick and s ecure me thod of programming one or
    more lines for access by only one station. If the associated Private Line is assigned to a
    fea ture button at other s ta tions, the button will light whe n bus y b ut ca nnot be acce sse d
    from Hold, answered on incomin g calls , or us ed for outgoing access. Calls will n ot
    forward and cannot b e a nswe re d f rom Park location. The Priva te Line is us ed exclusively
    by the station that is assigned the Private To station in system programming.

    a specific CO to one station for their personal exclusive use. This setting over-rides CO
    Line Assignment programming. When a statio n is assigned as the Private To station of a
    CO line , that s ta tion e xclus iv ely rece iv es ringing a nd a cce ss priv ilege s to tha t CO line .

    TheDHS- LPrivate To is Empty (not assigned to any station). The Station range is from
    201-272 and 301-372.
    PulseTo ToneSwitch-Over
    Des crip ti on
    When the system is connected to Dial Pulse (rotary) outgoing CO lines, you may manually
    force the system to output DTMF tones for access to special services over the same Dial
    Pulse CO line.

    Transferred CO lines will recall to the transferring station if the call is unanswered after
    the R e ca ll Ti me exp ir es . Dur i ng t he r ec a ll , t he outs ide pa rt y c ont in ues to he ar t he t r ansf er
    Ring Back tone , a nd the CO line returns to S ystem Hold.
    Opera tion
    When a transferred CO line recalls, the display at an Executive Key Telephone will
    indicate where the initial transfer was routed:

    Recall Time is as sociated to CO Line Transf er. W hen the Re ca ll T ime e xpire s the CO lin e
    will begin ringing at the station that initially transferred the call.

    Reminder Tones
    Des crip ti on
    If you have Do Not Disturb or Ca ll Forward enab led, you will hear a Reminder Tone
    when eve r you a c ce ss i nte rc om di al ton e. The R em ind er Ton e i s a di st i nc ti ve in te rr upt ed
    stutter d ia l tone. Once you dial a digit, the Rem inder Tone is removed until the next time
    you access intercom.

    Rin ging Lin e Priority
    Des crip ti on
    Ringing Line Priority is a system-wide feature that automatically connects incoming calls
    bas ed on a prede te rmine d p riority. T he ringing s ta tion is a utom atically conne cte d to the
    priority ringing facility, upon lifting the handset or pressing the [SPKR] button.
    Ringing Line Priority can be overridden at the station by first pressing a direct appearing
    line, CO line g roup , feature bu tton or by dialing an intercom num ber on hook.
    The pr i ori ty is :

    3 -- Recalled CO Line call

    Save Dialed Number (S DN)

    Save Dialed Number (SDN)is normally used whenever you want to retain a telephone
    number to be dialed later. Once stored, that number will be recalled when you dial the
    SDN code, reg ard less of wha t fea ture opera tions or numbers hav e b een dialed at your
    te le phone s inc e you st ore d t he numbe r .

    may be stored on any feature butto n for instant, on e-b utton op eration.

    consisting of up to 16 digits each. There are also 100 Speed Dial bins allocated for
    sys te m-wi de use (b ins 6 00 -6 99 ).

    3. Dial the bin number (500-549) to erase.
    4. Press [HOLD]. You will hear confirmation tone.
