1 ALLGEMEINES
Dieses Symbol kennzeichnet eine WAR-
NUNG. Ein Nichtbefolgen der Anwei-
sungen kann schwerwiegende 
Personen- und bzw. oder Sachschäden 
nach sich ziehen.
Vor dem Start sind diese Bedienungs-
anleitung sowie die Sicherheitsvor-
schriften und die Gebrauchsanweisung 
für das Gerät aufmerksam durchzule-
sen.
1.1 SYMBOLEAm Gerät befinden sich folgende Symbole, um 
den Bediener darauf hinzuweisen, dass bei Benut-
zung des Geräts Vorsicht und Aufmerksamkeit ge-
boten sind.

Bedienungsanleitung und Sicherheits-
vorschriften.
1.2 HINWEISEDie Abbildungen in dieser Bedienungsanleitung 
sind mit 1, 2, 3 usw. nummeriert. 
Die Komponenten in den Abbildungen sind mit A, 
B, C usw. bezeichnet.
Ein Verweis auf Komponente E in Abbildung 5 
wird als „5:E“ angegeben.
2 SICHERHEITSVOR-
SCHRIFTEN
 Lesen Sie die Anleitungen sorgfältig durch. 
Machen Sie sich mit allen Bedienelementen 
und der korrekten Anwendung der Ausrüstung 
vertraut.
 Bringen Sie alle Kabel gemäß den Anwei-
sungen an. Kabel dürfen nicht lose herabhän-
gen. Andernfalls können Verschleiß- oder 
Vibrationsschäden auftreten.
 Kabel dürfen nicht in Kontakt mit beweglichen 
Geräteteilen kommen. Andernfalls können Ver-
schleißschäden auftreten (z.B. durch Reibung).
 Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig die Kabel. Prüfen 
Sie, ob die Isolierung intakt ist und ob die o.g. 
Bedingungen erfüllt sind.
3 MONTAGE 
Stellen Sie vor der Ausführung von 
Montagearbeiten den Batteriehaupt-
schalter aus. Andernfalls besteht Kurz-
schluss- und Brandgefahr.
3.1 HAUPTSCHALTERStellen Sie den Batteriehauptschalter aus. Siehe 
Abb. 1.
3.2 KABELBAUM, RÜCKLICHT MIT 
RAMPE UND KABELLOCH
Der Kabelbaum darf unter keinen Um-
ständen bewegliche oder heiße Kompo-
nenten berühren. Andernfalls besteht 
Kurzschluss- und Brandgefahr.
1. Demontieren Sie Folgendes vom Gerät:
 Abdeckung über der Elektroeinheit. 
 Motorklappen.
2. Nehmen Sie die obere Motorabdeckung ab und 
bohren Sie ein Loch gemäß der Zeichnung auf 
Abb. 2.
3. Bringen Sie den hinteren Kabelbaum (3:A) an. 
Montieren Sie die Kabeldurchführung im Loch 
in der oberen Motorklappe.
4. Fixieren Sie den Kabelbaum mit Kabelbinder 
an folgenden Stellen:
 Vorn unten an den Hydraulikschläuchen/am 
Chassis.
 Unter dem Sitz am unteren Teil des Über-
rollbügels.
 Unter dem Kühler an den anderen Kabelbäu-
men.
 Vor dem Luftfilter an den anderen Kabel-
bäumen.
5. Schließen Sie das Erdungskabel (4:B) an.
6. Bringen Sie danach die Klappe wieder an und 
befestigen Sie die Rampe (5:C) an den hinteren 
Schrauben.
7. Montieren Sie Folgendes an der Rampe:
 Obere Leiste (5:D).
 Schild (6:E), falls relevant.
8. Stellen Sie folgende Anschlüsse her:
 Nummernschildbeleuchtung hinten.
 Zwischen vorderem und hinterem Kabel-
baum neben der Elektroeinheit.
9. Schließen Sie die Rücklichter gemäß der sepa-
rat beiliegenden Anweisung an.
Verbinden Sie Kabel X3 mit dem linken Rück-
licht.
Verbinden Sie Kabel X6 mit dem rechten Rück-
licht.

10.Nachdem alle Kabel mit den Lampen in der 
hinteren Rampe verbunden wurden, befestigen 
Sie die Kabel mit Kabelbinder am Unterteil der 
Verkleidung.
3.3 ANHÄNGERSTECKDOSEMontieren Sie die Anhängersteckdose (12:F) wie 
folgt.
1. Führen Sie das Kabel mit dem daran befestigten 
Anschluss und der Gummidichtung nach hinten 
durch das Loch im Rahmen hinaus.
2. Montieren Sie die Abdeckung an Gummidich-
tung und Rahmen mit drei Schrauben und Mut-
tern.
3. Fixieren Sie das Kabel mit Kabelbinder an den 
anderen Kabelbäumen neben der hinteren Mo-
torbefestigung.
3.4 HUPEMontieren Sie die Hupe (8:H) mit der mitgeliefer-
ten Mutter. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Hupe keinen 
anderen Maschinenteil berührt. Ziehen Sie die 
Mutter fest.
Anschliess Sie Zwei Flachstifte für die Hupe.
3.5 STEUERPULTBringen Sie den Schalter vorn rechts an (siehe un-
ten).
1. Nehmen Sie die schwarze Abdeckung vom 
Steuerpult ab.
2. Montieren Sie die Halterung (9:J) für die 
Stromregelungseinheit (9:I). Drehen Sie dazu 
zwei Schrauben direkt in das Steuerpult ein.
3. Führen Sie das Stromkabel in das Steuerpult ein 
und montieren Sie die Kabeldurchführung im 
Loch.
4. Ziehen Sie den Gummischutz über die Stromre-
gelungseinheit und befestigen Sie diese mit vier 
Schrauben und vier Muttern.
Montieren Sie die Kontrollleuchte und den Schal-
ter in den Löchern. Siehe Abb. 10.
3.6 SCHEINWERFER UND BLINKER1. Siehe Abb. 13-20.
2. Montieren Sie das Blinkrelais und das Lichtre-
lais. Bohren Sie die dafür ev. erforderlichen Lö-
cher und schließen Sie die Stecker an.
3.7 ERNEUTE MONTAGEStellen Sie den Batteriehauptschalter wieder ein. 
Siehe Abb. 1.
3.8 LICHTEINSTELLUNGDie Scheinwerfer des Geräts sind mit Abblendlicht 
versehen. Dies ist gemäß den lokal geltenden Be-
stimmungen einzustellen. Auf Abb. 12 wird ein 
Richtwert angezeigt.
3.9 SCHILDER UND REFLEK-
TOREN
Montieren Sie die Reflektoren (11:R) am hinteren 
Stoßdämpfer.
Wenn es die lokalen Vorschriften erfordern, sind 
die Schilder (11:Q) anzubringen. Montieren Sie 
die Schilder an der rechten und linken Motorklap-
pe sowie hinten an der Kabine.
GGP behält sich das Recht vor, ohne vorherige An-
kündigung Änderungen am Produkt vorzunehmen.

1.1 SYMBOLS
The following symbols appear on the machine. 
They are there to remind you of the care and atten-
tion required in use.

1.2 REFERENCES
The figures in these instructions for use are num-
bered 1, 2, 3, etc. 
Components shown in the figures are marked A, B, 
C, etc.
A reference to component E in figure 5 is written 
“5:E”.
2 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
 Please read through these instructions carefully. 
Learn all the controls and the correct use of the 
unit.
 Fit all cables according to the instructions. 
Loose cables can cause wear and vibration 
damages.
 Protect all cables from moving parts on the 
machine. Friction can cause wear damages.
 Check regularly that the cable insulation is 
intact and that the above mentioned is fulfilled.
3 ASSEMBLY 
Before carrying out the assembly work, 
the power must be cut using the main 
switch. Risk for short circuit and fire.
3.1 MAIN SWITCH
Cut the power using the main switch. See fig. 1.
3.2 HARNESSES, REAR LIGHTS 
WITH RAMP AND CABLE HOLE
The harnesses are never allowed to 
touch moving or hot parts. Risk of 
shortcircuit and fire.
1. Disassemble the following from the machine:
 The electrical central cover.
 Motor casings.
2. Remove the upper engine casing and drill a hole 
according to the drawing in fig. 2.
3. Assemble the rear harness (3:A). Assemble the 
cable grommet in the upper motor casing.
4. Attach the harnesses by bundle strips at the 
following places:
 At the front under, fit against the hydraul 
hoses/body.
 Under the seat, fit against the lower part of 
the seat.
 Under the cooler, fit against other harnesses.
 In front of the air filter, fit against other 
harnesses.
5. Connect the ground cable (4:B).
6. Refit the casing and assemble the ramp (5:C) in 
the rear screws.
7. Assemble the following in the ramp:
 Upper edging (5:D).
 The sign (6:E) if necessary.
8. Connect the rear lights according to a separate 
enclosed instruction
Connect cable X3 to the left backlight.
Connect cable X6 to the right backlight.
9. Connect the following plugs:
 Licence plate illumination at the rear.
 Between front and rear harnesses at the 
electrical central.
10.When all actual cables are connected to the 
lamps, fitted to the ramp, the cables shall be 
fastened to the ramp lower part with bundle 
strips.
3.3 TRAILER SOCKET
Assemble the trailer socket (7:F) as described 
below.
1. Place the cable with connecting device and 
rubber sealing, pointing backwards in the hole 
in the frame.
2. Assemble the cover against the rubber sealing 
and into the frame with 3 screws and nuts.
3. Fix the cable with bundle strips against other 
harnesses at the rear engine bracket.

3.4 HORN
Assemble the horn (8:H). Fasten it with a nut. 
Check that the horn does not touch any part of the 
machine. Tighten the nut.
Connect 2 tabs to the horn.
3.5 STEERING PULPET
Assemble the control front right as described 
below:
1. Remove the black cover washer in the steering 
pulpet.
2. Assemble the bracket (9:J) for the control (9:I). 
Use two screws, threaded direct into the 
steering pulpet.
3. Insert the cable into the pulpet and fit the cable 
grommet into the hole.
4. Draw up the rubber protecting at the control and 
fasten with 4 screws and 4 nuts. 
Assemble the monitor lamp and the switch in the 
holes. See fig. 10.
3.6 HEADLIGHTS AND INDICA-
TORS
1. See fig. 13-20.
2. Assemble the direction indicator relay and the 
light relay. Drill necessary holes and connect 
connections.
3.7 REFITTING
Reset the battery main switch. Se fig. 1.
3.8 LIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The headlights are equipped only with dimmed 
headlights. These shall be adjusted according to 
local regulations. See fig. 12 for a guiding value.
3.9 SIGNS AND REFLEXES
Fit the reflexes (11:R) at the rear bumper.
The signs (11:Q) shall be assembles at the rear and 
left motor casings and at the backrest according to 
the local regulations.

mymi częściami maszyny. Tarcie może być 
przyczyną zużycia.

3 MONTAŻ 
Przed montażem należy odciąć 
zasilanie za pomocą głównego

3.2 WIĄZKA PRZEWODÓW, ŚWIAT-
ŁA TYLNE Z RAMPĄ I OTWO-
REM NA KABEL
Wiązka przewodów nie powinna doty-
kać ruchomych ani gorących części. Ry-
zyko zwarcia i pożaru.
1. Zdemontuj następujące części w maszynie:
Środkowa osona elektryczna.
 Oson silnika.
2. Zdejmij górną pokrywę silnika i wykonaj otwór 
zgodnie z rys. 2.
3. Przymocuj tylną wiązkę przewodów (3:A). Za-
óż przelotkę kablową w górnej pokrywie silni-
ka.
4. Przymocuj wiązki przewodów za pomocą opa-
sek w następujących miejscach:
 Pod spodem z przodu przymocuj do przewo-
dów hydraulicznych/ nadwozia.
 Pod fotelem przymocuj do jego dolnej czę-
ści.
 Pod chodnicą przymocuj do innych wiązek 
przewodów.
 Przed filtrem powietrza przymocuj do in-
nych wiązek.
5. Podącz przewód masy (4:B).
6. Zaóż pokrywę i zamocuj rampę (5:C) śrubkami 
przez tylne otwory.
7. Zamocuj na rampie następujące elementy:
ą krawędź (5:D).
 Znak (6:E), jeśli jest wymagany.
8. Pod
ącz tylne świata zgodnie z doączoną od-
dzielną instrukcją.
Podącz kabel X3 do lewego tylnego świata.
Podącz kabel X6 do prawego tylnego świata.
9. Podącz następujące wtyczki:
świetlenie tablicy rejestracyjnej z tyu.

10.Po podączeniu wszystkich przewodów do 
lamp i przymocowaniu ich do rampy, przewody 
należy zamocować do dolnej części rampy za

3.3 GNIAZDO DO PRZYCZEPYZamocuj gniazdo do przyczepy (7:F) jak opisano 
poniżej.
1. Umieść kabel z urządzeniem ączącym i gumo-
wą uszczelką, skierowane w ty w otworze w 
ramie.
2. Przymocuj osonę do gumowej uszczelki i w ra-
mie za pomocą 3 śrubek i nakrętek.
3. Przymocuj kabel za pomocą opasek do innych 
wiązek przewodów przy tylnym wsporniku sil-
nika.
3.4 KLAKSONZamocuj klakson (8:H) za pomocą nakrętki. 
Sprawdź, czy klakson nie dotyka żadnej części 
maszyny. Dokręć nakrętkę.
Zamocuj dwie (2) klapki do klaksonu.
3.5 PULPIT STEROWNICZYZamocuj sterowanie z przodu po prawej, zgodnie 
z poniższym opisem:
1. Zdejmij czarną uszczelkę pokrywy z pulpitu 
sterowniczego.
2. Zamocuj mocowanie (9:J) sterowania (9:I), 
przykręcając je dwoma wkrętami bezpośrednio 
do pulpitu.
3. Wsuń kabel w pulpit i umieść przelotkę kablo-
wą w otworze.
4. Zdejmij gumową osonę sterowania i przykręć 
4 śrubkami i 4 nakrętkami. 
Zamocuj kontrolkę i przeącznik w otworach. 
Patrz rys. 10.
3.6 REFLEKTOR I KIERUNKO-
WSKAZU
1. Patrz rys. 13-20
2. Przymocuj  przekaźnik kierunkowskazu (14:K) i 
przekaźnik świate (14:L). Wywierć konieczne 
otwory i podącz zącza.
3.7 PONOWNY MONTAŻZresetuj wyącznik gówny akumulatora. Patrz 
rys. 1.
3.8 USTAWIANIE ŚWIATEŁReflektory oferują tylko funkcję świate mijania. 
Należy je ustawić zgodnie z lokalnymi przepisami. 
Wa r t ość orientacyjną podano na rys. 12.
3.9 ZNAKI I ODBLASKIPrzymocuj odblaski (11:R) do tylnego zderzaka.
Znaki (11:Q) należy przymocować na tylnej i le-
wej pokrywie silnika oraz przy oparciu, zgodnie z 
lokalnymi przepisami.
