    							PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CARE-
    FULLY, BEFORE COMMENCING TO OPERATE THIS PRODUCT.
    GENERAL:
    1) These notes are guidelines for use of the new handle only.  They should 
    be read in conjunction with the “Assembly and Operating Instructions”\
     
    leaflet, that should have been supplied with your stabiliser.  Please refer to 
    this leaflet for full guidance on maintenance/operation and coupling 
    procedures for AKS 2004 or AKS 3004.  If you do not have a copy, please 
    request the following from our Service Department:
     
    a) Operating Instructions for AKS 2004 - Part No. 1385399
    b) Operating Instructions for AKS 3004 - Part No. 1387429
    2) When not in use (during travelling or storage), the handle MUST be 
    removed  from  the  stabiliser  and  stored  within  your  vehicle.    Providing  the 
    stabiliser  has  been  coupled  correctly,  the  removal  of  the  handle  from  the 
    stabiliser arms will not interfere with the normal operation of the stab\
    iliser. 
    3) Suitable for AKS 2004/3004 Stabilisers only. 
    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS  FOR  
    REPLACEMENT AKS 2004/3004 STABILISER HANDLE
    PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CARE

    GENERAL:

    b) Operating Instructions for AKS 3004 - Part No. 1387429
    2) When not in use (during travelling or storage), the handle MUST be 
    removed from the stabiliser and stored within your vehicle.  Providing the sta-
    biliser has been coupled correctly, the removal of the handle from the stabiliser 
    arms will not interfere with the normal operation of the stabiliser. 
    3) Suitable for AKS 2004/3004 Stabilisers only. 
    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS  FOR  
    REPLACEMENT AKS 2004/3004 STABILISER HANDLE 
    						
    							KIT CONTENTS (Fig. 1):
    1) Replacement handle
    2) Torx spanner
    3) Fixing Screw
    ASSEMBLY:
    1)  Removal of existing red handle from the stabiliser 
    lever arms:
    a)  using the torx spanner provided, undo and remove the 
    fixing  screw  located  on  the  side  of  the  red  handle  (Fig. 
    2).
    b) the red handle should now pull off the stabiliser lever 
    arms (Fig. 3).
    2) Fitment of new handle
    a) ensure both stabiliser lever arms are level
    b) Push the new handle on to the lever arms (Fig. 4).
    c)  Insert  fixing  screw  and  tighten  using  the  torx  spanner 
    (Fig. 5).
    The handle is now ready for use.

    KIT CONTENTS (Fig. 1):
    1) Replacement handle
    2) Torx spanner
    3) Fixing Screw
    ASSEMBLY:
    1)  Removal of existing red handle from the stabiliser 
    lever arms:
    a)  using the torx spanner provided, undo and remove the 
    fixing  screw  located  on  the  side  of  the  red  handle  (Fig. 
    2).
    b) the red handle should now pull off the stabiliser lever 
    arms (Fig. 3).
    2) Fitment of new handle
    a) ensure both stabiliser lever arms are level
    b) Push the new handle on to the lever arms (Fig. 4).
    c)  Insert  fixing  screw  and  tighten  using  the  torx  spanner 
    (Fig. 5).
    The handle is now ready for use.
