How to Use
This appliance is intended for household use only.
GETTING STARTED
• Remove any labels, stickers or tags attached to the body or soleplate of 
the iron.
•  Please go to www.prodprotect.com/applica to register your warranty.
Note:  Use ordinary tap water for ironing.  do not use water processed through 
a home softening system.
Important: For optimum performance, let the iron stand for 90 seconds 
before beginning to iron.

DRY IRONING1. Turn the fabric select dial to setting 1, 2 or 3 (dRY) to 
iron without steam (D). The Smart Steam® system will 
automatically turn steam off.
2.  To dry iron at higher settings, empty the water from the 
reservoir to prevent steaming.
EMPTYING WATER TANK 
Note: It is not necessary to empty the water tank after each use.
1. Unplug the iron and let it cool. 
2.  To release the water, hold the iron over a sink with the 
tip pointing down. Water will empty out the water-fill 
opening...

REPASSAGE À SEC
1. Régler le sélecteur de température à 1, 2 ou 3 (SeC) pour 
repasser à sec (D) . le système Smart SteamMd s’éteint 
automatiquement.
2.  Pour repasser à sec à des températures élevées, vider 
l’eau du fer afin d’en empêcher la vaporisation.
VIDAGE DU RÉSERVOIR APRÈS LE REPASSAGE
Note : Il n’est pas nécessaire de vider le fer après chaque utilisation.
1.  débrancher le fer et le laisser refroidir.
