Troubleshooting Guide
 Install the provided software (E OS DIGITAL Solution Disk CD-ROM) 
on the computer (p.456).
  If [53: Wi-Fi ] is set to [ Enable], the camera cannot be connected to a 
computer. Set [ Wi-Fi] to [Disable ], then connect th e camera to the 
computer with an interface cable.
Computer Connection Problems
I cannot transfer images to a personal computer.

If there is a problem with the camera, an 
error message will appear. Follow the on-
screen instructions.
* If the error still persists, write down the error number and contact your 
nearest Canon Se rvice Center.

Communications between the camera  and lens is faulty. Clean the 
lens contacts.
Î Clean the electrical contacts on  the camera and lens, use a Canon 
lens, or remove and install the ba ttery pack again (p.19, 20, 30).

Card cannot be accessed. Reinse rt/change card or format card 
with camera.
Î Remove and insert the card again,  replace the card, or format the 
card (p.31, 57).
04
Cannot save images because  card is full. Replace card.
ÎReplace the card, eras e unnecessary images,  or format the card 
(p.31, 57, 322).
05
The built-in flash coul d not be raised. Turn the camera off and on 
again.
Î Operate the power switch (p.35).

Sensor cleaning could not be pe rformed. Turn the camera off and 
on again.
