The still image is recorded on the memory

the video recording.

   The still image cannot be recorded 
simultaneously on the disc.
   The still image cannot be recorded on the 
memory card while recording in widescreen or 
while a digital effect is activated.
   The quality of the still image is slightly lower 
than a still image of the same size recorded in 
 mode.

Creating Panoramic Images

   Compose each image so that it overlaps 30 to 
50% of the adjoining image. Try to keep the 
vertical misalignment within 10%.
   Do not include a moving subject in the 
overlapping portion.
   Do not try to stitch images that include both 
distant and close subjects. They may appear 
warped or doubled up.

LED Light
You can turn on the LED light (assist 
lamp) at any time regardless of the 
recording program.

Digital Effects
[ FADER] Faders
Begin or end scenes with a fade to or 
from black. You can preview the effect on 
the display.

Add flavor to your recordings. Sound will 
be recorded normally. You can preview 
the effect on the display.

Captures moving subjects as a sequence
