    Select the program
    •  Using program Up/Down buttons
    (PR
    /PR), you may select the desired 
    channels for sub-pictures.
    •  The PR Up/Down buttons select the
    TV channels.4
    Select the Input Source
    •  Various signal sources can be displayed 
    within the sub-picture under PIP mode.
    •  Once the PIP mode is on, you may change 
    the input source of the sub-picture by press-
    ing the ‘SOURCE’ button.
    •  Pressing the ‚SOURCE’ button repeatedly will
    cycle through following order.

    •  Enjoy various sound 
    modes by selecting
    your favourite Sound
    Mode depending on
    the kinds of moving
    pictures.
    Adjusting Auto
    Sound Mode
    Select “SOUND  MODE”.
    •  Press the “SOUND MODE” on the remote 
    control.
    •  While pressing the “SOUND MODE” for the 
    first time, the current sound mode will be 
    displayed.

    KEvery Press of the Button Changes Modes.
    •  Each time you press the button, a different 
    sound mode appears. 
    The sequence used is as follows:

    Normal /³ Movie /³ Music /³ News /³ User
    * Normal :   Suitable for watching any motion picture
    * Movie :   Select this mode to simulate being at a movie theatre
    * Music :  Ideal for listening to music
    * News :   Allows human voice to be heard more clearly
    * User :   Allows the user to adjust as desired.
    MENU will Disappear.
    •  After selecting a desired Sound Mode, the
    on-screen menu will disappear in about
    2~3 seconds.
    •  Normal, Movie, Music and News modes
    are factory preset values.

    page.

    NOTES:
    1)  User Mode : Used as an equalizer with which the user can
    adjust the sound frequency as desired.
    2)  If you modify the sound frequency in auto Sound Mode
    (News, Movie, Music, etc.), it is automatically switched to the
    User Mode.
    3)  For a realistic sound effect, lower than 120Hz frequency
    sound and greater than 12kHz frequency adjust the
    equalizer accordingly.
    4) AVC function :  This function adjusts volume to the set level
    automatically. However, dependent on the
    sources, it may have different volume levels
    because the sound sources have their own
    initially set up levels.

    Press the Input Signal Selecting Button.
    •    Press  the “TV”, “AV”, “COMPONENT”  or “PC/DVI”  button
    on the remote control or the PDP Display to select the
    desired input signal.
    •  Each time you press input mode buttons, a different input 
    mode appears. 
    The sequence used is as follows:•  Used to select INPUT 
    signal of external device 
    connected to the PDP.INPUT SIGNAL
    NOTES:
    1)  If an external device is not connected or INPUT signal 
    is not applied a Warning Message (“No Signal”) will be 
    displayed.
    2)  In this case, check if external device is connected 
    and/or terminal connection is properly fitted.
    3)  Also, you can select input using [INPUT SELECT ] 
    button in the keypad of the PDP unit. The sequence of 
    selection is as follows:
    TV -> AV1 -> AV2 -> AV3 ->Component1 
    -> Component2 -> PC -> DVI -> TV

    1. If you watch Component, PC, or DVI :
    Displays which input terminal is used, and indicates the 
    input signal mode.
    Indicates the horizontal and vertical resolution of the 
    current INPUT signal.
    Indicates the mode and current time.
    2. If you watch TV:
    Displays the program number and its name.
    Indicates the current sound state and time.
    Displays additional informations of TV signal of TV signal, 
    video and audio system. country, channel.
    3. If you watch VCR image:
    Displays the program number and input terminal, which is used.
    Indicates the mode and current time.
    Displays the video system of input signal
    NOTES:
    1)  “1920 x 1080” displayed in the INPUT signal is not the
    resolution of the monitor, but the signal that is sent by the
    Digital Broadcasting Receiver.

    • Select [Child Lock] by the “PR” buttons.
    •  Whenever “VOL
    ” button is pressed, the lock
    mode would cycle On and Off.
    •   While the Child Lock is ON, if you have not
    turned off the PDP, all of it’s keys will work
    normaly. However, after turning the PDP off,
    the PDP will not be turned on with the keypad
    on the PDP. Only by the remote controller, the
    PDP is turned on.5
