Enhanced 911 (E911) Information 
This  phone  features an embedded Global Posi tioning System (GPS) chip necessary for utilizing 
E911 emergency location services where available.  
When you place an emergency 911 call, the GPS feature of your phone  seeks information to 
calculate your approximate location. Depending on several variables , including availability and 
access to satellite signals, it may take up to 30 seconds or more to determine and report your

Reject an Incoming Call 
 If the display is locked when you get a call, drag  the Decline  button  to the Lock screen 
ring. Then drag to the ring the Remind me  icon to create a task or the Send message 
icon to send a text message to the caller.  
  If the display is on  when you get a call , touch  Decline . 
  If the display is off, the display will come on with the Lock screen.  Touch and hold the

Retrieve Your Voicemail  Messages 
You can review your messages directly from your wireless phone  (using either traditional 
voicemail or Visual Voicemail) or f rom any other touch-tone phone. 
Use Traditional Voicemail to Access Your Messages

Call Waiting 
When you’re on a call, Call Waiting alerts you to incoming calls by sounding two beeps. Your 
phone’ s screen informs you that another call is coming in and displays the caller ’s phone 
number (if it is available and you are in digital mode).

Access your Call h istory to quickly call someone back or see who you have talked to recently.  
1.  Touch   >   >  Call  History  tab.  
Each entry contains the phone number (if it is available) and the contact  name (if the 
number is in People).

The phone number is automatically added to the  Mobile box in the Phone section.  
Enter the name and other contact information.  
Tip :  To store the number as another type (for example, h ome number), touch the Mobile 
button.

After you have saved the number, your phone  displays the new contact . (See Your People List .) 
Note :  You cannot save phone numbers already in People or from calls identified as No ID 
or Restricted....
