REMINDER MESSAGES
Reminder messages are set, like an alarm clock, to signal you at a specified time. You
can select the message and time up to 24 hours in advance.
At the programmed time, the reminder message signals you with eight short tones and
your display shows the message. If your phone is busy, you still hear the tones and the
message displays for 10 seconds during the call, then the display returns after you

Remote Feature Access allows you to place your phone in Do-Not-Disturb mode or
forward calls, either from another phone or through a special dial-up line. For your

The AXXESS system has eight volume settings: handset intercom, handset outside
call, speakerphone intercom, speakerphone outside call, background music, ringing,

ACD Hunt Group Login And Logout
Agents can log in to and out of the ACD hunt group at any time. While logged in, the
agent will receive calls through the ACD hunt group. When the agent is logged out,
calls to that ACD hunt group will bypass the agent. If your phone is in an ACD hunt
