Comfort with a capital C
Connecting Liesegang models to PCs, Macintoshs
and workstations is a matter of course and just as
simple as connecting them to video sources, such as
video recorders, camcorders, DVDs, in their currentstandards. The ddv 1800 synchronises itself automa-
tically, intelligently scaling the image at any other
than the original XGA resolution to a screen-filling
format whilst maintaining an excellent image quality.
Daylight projector for data and videos
With 1800 lumen, measured in accordance with
the ANSI standard, the Liesegang has sufficient light-
transmitting capacity for a daylight projection. The
image is rich in contrast and brilliant, and free from
distortions and rasters. The projection is perfected
by a high colour fidelity, an optimal colour conver-
gence and a neutral colour reproduction. If required,
the primary colours can be adapted separately to
individual requirements, for example, to vary the
atmosphere of an image.
Compact and streamlined
Take an A4 sheet and put it lengthways. You are
now looking at almost the same space required for
the Liesegang ddv 1800. Sparing in colour, with an
elegant and functional design, the product fits in har-
moniously with modern ambiences.

Signal amplification
Cable extensions are often indispensible for instal-
lations in large rooms, such as conference halls and
centres, and assembly halls. The Liesegang booster
box (accessory) has interfaces for computer and
mouse connections. The maximum range of signal
amplification with the booster box is 60 m.
Cable-free
All the important functions of the projector can be
conveniently controlled by means of the infrared
remote control (standard equipment), including poin-
ter and mouse. The remote control fits snugly into
oneÕs hand.
Flexible use
With high-quality power zoom/power focus lens
f=25-45 mm as a standard, for image enlargements
of up to 80% at a specified projection distance whilst
maintaining full image quality. An unusual bandwidth
even for a projector of this class. In addition, the pro-
jection height is electronically variable from 0¡ to 12¡,
without distortions.
For long projection distances, the Liesegang ddv
1800 can be fitted with a 90 mm telephoto lens, for
back projections with a 18 mm lens.
Space-saving installations
For permanent installation in large and small
rooms, it is recommended to fix the projector to the
ceiling. The Liesegang ddv 1800 is safely and easily
fitted to a stable metal plate. Image rotation is effec-
ted electronically. The plate is tiltable for convenient
adaptation to the most varied projection angles.
The Liesegang assembly kit (accessory) contains a
30 cm standard column and two standard extensions
of 40 cm each.
At last a data/video projector that easily adapts to different conditions of 
projection: great projection distances, changing image sizes, different colour
atmospheres, back projection, ceiling projection.

The hard-top case (accessory) with a handle for
pulling and carrying makes transporting the
Liesegang ddv 1800 a pleasure. Moreover, the case
has a spacious interior, providing plenty of room for
the projector, the remote control, the cables and the
presentation material.
The travel case (accessory) made of long-wearing
fabric is ideal for short distances. It protects like a
second skin, with ample interior space for the pre-
sentation device and an outside compartment for
laptop/notebook and working material.
