    TO LOGINFollow the steps below to open the Web Programming.
     Start up 
    Internet browser
     on the PC.
    Enter IP address of the target DT700 Series on the address toolbar and then press Enter key.
    The Web Programming Login screen appears. Enter User Name and Password and then click    button.
    Note:
    Enter the same user name (login ID) and password used  when logging into the DT700 Series. Station Number is
    used as user name and password by the default setting.
    Note:
    For IP address of DT Series, contact to the System Administrator.
    Note:
    When the login screen does not appear, check the LAN connect ion status and entered IP address. If the problem
    persists, please contact the system administrator.

    TO LOGOUTFollow the steps below to open the Web Programming.Click    button at the lower left of the screen.
    The confirmation me ssage appears. Click   
    button to log out of Web Programming.
    The display changes as follows. Click   but-
    ton.  After the Web Programming Login screen is dis-
    played, close the Internet browser.

    Make sure to perform the logout operation after
    the data setting of the telephone.
    Note:
    When 15 minutes have passed leaving the PC
    without operation after log in to Web Program-
    ming, the user is forcibly logged out from the

    TO ENABLE/DISABLE OFF-HOOK 
    RINGINGThe procedure below shows how to enable/disable Off-
    hook ringing.  
    STEP 1: From the Home screen, click  User Setting →
    Incoming Call  →  Offhook Ring . 
    STEP 2: Select  1. Disable or 2 Enable  by clicking the
    corresponding radio button. 
    STEP 3: Click   button to  save the change to the
    database. 
    STEP  4: The following dialog appears. Click   but- ton on the dialog.
    TO SET RINGING OF HEADSETThe procedure below shows how to enable/disable the
    ringing of headset. 
    STEP 1: From the  Home screen, click  User Setting  →
    Incoming Call  →  Headset Ring . 
    STEP 2: Select  1. Disable or 2 Enable  by clicking the
    corresponding radio button. 
    STEP 3: Click   button to save the change to the database. 
    STEP  4: The following dialog appears. Click   but- ton on the dialog.

    TO SET RINGER TONEThe procedure below shows how to change the ringer
    tone for internal call and external call.
    STEP 1: From the Home screen, click  User Setting →
    Incoming Call  →  Ring Tone  →  External
    Call /Internal Call . 
    STEP 2: Select a desired tone type by clicking the cor- responding radio button. 
    STEP 3: Click   button to  save the change to the
    database.  STEP  4: The following dialog appears. Click   but-

    TO SET ILLUMINATION PATTERN 
    FOR CALL INDICATION LAMPThe procedure below shows how to set the illumination
    pattern for the Call Indicator Lamp.
    STEP 1: From the  Home screen, click  User Setting →
    Incoming Call  →  Illumination  →  External
    Call /Internal Call . 
    STEP 2: Select a desired illumination pattern by click- ing the corresponding radio button. 
    STEP 3: Click   button to  save the change to the
    database.  STEP  4: The following dialog appears. Click   but-
    ton on the dialog.

    RTP alarm.
    STEP 1: From the Home screen, click  User Setting →
    Talk  →  RTP Alarm . 
    STEP 2: Select  1. Automatic, 2. Disable  or 3. Enable
    (see the following table).  STEP 3: Click   button to save the change to the
    database. 
    STEP  4: The following dialog appears. Click   but- ton on the dialog.Menu Items

    default setting (Alarm=ON) is applied.

    RTP alarm.

    Talk  →  DTMF Tone . 
    STEP 2: Select  1. Automatic, 2. Disable  or 3. Enable
    (see the following table).  STEP 3: Click   button to save the change to the
    database.

    1 Automatic

    no setting is made in the System, the 
    default setting (DTMF=ON) is

    TO SET KEY TOUCHThe procedure below shows how to set Key Touch
    Tone. Key Touch Tone is a tone generated when the
    digit keys are pressed while DT Series is off-hook.
    STEP 1: From the Home screen, click  User Setting →
    Talk  →  Key Touch Tone . 
    STEP 2: Select  1. Automatic, 2. Disable  or 3. Tone  or
    4. Voice .
    STEP 3: Click   button to  save the change to the
    database. 
    STEP  4: The following dialog appears. Click   but- ton on the dialog.NoteN

    When 0 Automatic is set, the default setting
    (Tone) is applied.

    TO SET MUSIC ON HOLDThe procedure below shows how to set Music on Hold
    to be heard by DT Series user.
    STEP 1: From the Home screen, click  User Setting →
    Talk  →  Hold Music . 
    STEP 2: Select  1. Default when the default data
    (Menuet) is used as Music on Hold. Select  2.
    Download  when a downloaded data is used
    as Music on Hold. 
    STEP 3: Click   button to  save the change to the
    database. 
    STEP  4: The following dialog appears. Click   but- ton on the dialog.
