ATRF : Assignment of Traffic Measurement Order
    1. GENERAL
This command is used to assign and delete traffic measurement programs. A request for traffic measurement is
performed when a traffic measurement instruction has been assigned by this command. The collected traffic
measurement data can be output from the MAT printer or stored on the HD of the MAT, which can be designated
on the basis of traffic measurement type.
    2. PRECAUTIONS
    None
    3. PARAMETERS

Note:Refer to the “Operation & Maintenance Manual” for information about this data.
PORT : Traffic Information Output Terminal Number (0-7)
    INTERVAL : Output interval (0-120)
Interval must be assigned in 10 minute increments or 0 can be assigned
which will require that an output time is assigned to “OUTPUT HOUR/
    MINUTE”.
    START HOUR
    START MINUTE
