6 SONSTIGES
6.1 Mähwerk
6.1.1 DemontageVorbereitungen durchführen. 
Siehe “5.2”.
Gehen Sie bei der Demontage des Mähwerks wie 
folgt vor:
1. Startschlüssel aus dem Schloss abziehen.
2. Das Mähwerk in die Arbeitsposition absenken.
3. Das Kabel für die Schnitthöhenverstellung  (7:A) abnehmen.
4. Das Signalkabel (7:B) abnehmen.

2.4.2 Parking brake
2.4.2.1 FunctionThe function is used to lock the machine 
on slopes, when transporting, etc.
Locking:
The parking brake is always locked when the 
drive/service brake pedal (1:K) is unloaded (is in 
its neutral position).
Releasing:
The parking brake is automatically released when 
the machine is activated and the pedal (1:K) is 
pressed forwards or backwards. Release can also

2.4.7 Start switch (1:E)
The start switch is used to activate/switch off the 
machine.Never leave the machine with the key in 
the operating position. Children or un-
authorised persons could drive off with 
the machine.
Two positions: 1. Stop position – the machine is switched 
off and the parking brake is activated. The 
key can be removed.
2. Operating position – the machine is ac-
tivated after remedial action according to

2.4.10 Battery indicator (4:Q)
The battery indicator displays the battery status as 
follows.
 Battery status during operation.
 Charging status and battery status during charg-ing after pressing one of the display buttons. 
Fully charged batteries are indicated by 100% 
or 100 E%.
2.4.11 Hour meter (4:U)
The machine is fitted with an hour meter that dis-
plays the number of hours that the machine has 
been in operation.

2.4.19 Cutting deck angle
The cutting deck has a basic setting where its rear 
edge is 5 mm above its front edge. This means that 
the deck is inclined forwards.
At the basic setting the two pins (9:E) are in the 
second hole from the top.
When the cutting deck is inclined forwards, the 
“mulching” effect is reduced while the cut grass is 
dispersed better and the capacity is increased.
Forward inclination can be increased by moving 
the two pins down one hole from the basic setting.

4.2 Activating the machine1.  Disconnect the charging cable (230 V) from the machine.
2. Assume the driving position.
3. Depress the pedal (1:D) and then turn the starter  key (1:E) to position 2.
4. Carry out the remaining points according to the  general safety checks given above. The ma-
chine is now ready to use.
4.3 Stand-byTo preserve the batteries the machine will switch 
to stand-by in the following cases:
 If there is no activity within 2 minutes of the 
machine being activated.

4.7 StorageWhen grass cutting is complete and the machine is 
cleaned it should be stored in a safe place.
The following applies for storage of the machine:
 The charging cable must be connected between the machine and 230 V. See 2.4.6.
 The temperature in the storage location should  be 5-15°C.
 The machine must always be stored on all four  wheels on a flat, horizontal floor.

5.5.2 Synchronising, blades
The deck has synchronised blades.
If one of the blades has struck a solid object (e.g. a 
stone), the synchronisation may be altered. This 
entails a risk of the blades colliding with each oth-
er.
Correctly synchronised blades must be offset 90° 
from each other. See fig. 8.
Always check synchronisation after a collision.
If the blades are not synchronised, one or more of 
the following faults may have occurred in the cut-
ting deck:
