    Reheating.

    Pre-cutting pastry.

    convenience. 	After 	cutting 	up 	the 	p\b\ftry,	
    \fep\br\bte 	e\bch 	piece 	with 	\b 	l\byer 	of 	pl\b\ftic.	
    Cover 	completely 	with 	pl\b\ftic 	\bnd 	return 	to	
    the 	freezer.
    Using bread.
    Bre\bd 	c\bn 	be 	u\fed 	\b\f 	\b 	\fub\ftitute 	for 	p\b\ftry.	
    The 	be\ft 	re\fult\f 	\bre 	\bchieved 	u\fing 	\f\bndwich	
    bre\bd. 	Avoid 	u\fing 	to\b\ft 	\ftyle 	bre\bd 	\b\f 	it 	i\f	
    too 	thick. Cut
    	the 	pie 	top\f 	\bnd 	b\b\fe\f 	u\fing 	the 	cutter	
    \bnd 	trim 	the 	cru\ft\f.	
    Spre\bd 	one 	\fide 	of 	the 	bre\bd 	with 	butter	
    or 	m\brg\brine. 	M\bke 	the 	pie\f 	\b\f 	previou\fly	
    in\ftructed, 	with 	the 	buttered 	\fide 	of 	the	
    bre\bd 	on 	the 	out\fide 	to 	prevent 	\fticking.	
    Cook 	for 	6 	minute\f.
    Hint: 	Avoid 	u\fing 	liquid 	filling\f 	\b\f 	they 	tend	
    to 	m\bke 	the 	bre\bd 	\foggy.

    To clean after use.
    Alw\by\f 	turn 	the 	power 	OFF 	\bnd 	remove 	the

    other 	liquid.

    To clean the non-stick plates.

    non-\ftick 	\furf\bce. 	Allow 	to 	\ft\bnd 	for 	1-2	
    hour\f.

    mild 	hou\fehold 	cle\bner 	(not 	\bbr\b\five),	
    vigorou\fly 	wipe 	the 	non-\ftick 	\furf\bce.	
    Cle\bn 	in 	\b 	well 	ventil\bted 	\bre\b 	\bnd 	\bvoid	
    bre\bthing 	in 	the 	v\bpour\f.	
    Before 	u\fing 	your 	pie 	m\bker 	\bg\bin, 	re-\fe\b\fon	
    the 	non-\ftick 	\furf\bce 	by 	\bpplying 	\b 	little 	oil,	
    \bnd 	wiping 	cle\bn 	with 	p\bper 	towelling.

    ovenproof 	di\fh 	on 	\ftove. 	Cook 	me\bt 	in	
    b\btche\f 	until 	browned. 	Tr\bn\ffer 	to 	\b 	pl\bte.	
    Add 	onion 	\bnd 	mu\fhroom 	to 	di\fh 	\bnd 	cook	
    for 	3 	minute\f. 	Add 	flour, 	\ftirring 	until	
    well 	combined. 	Slowly 	\bdd 	tom\btoe\f 	\bnd	
    red 	wine, 	\ftirring 	con\ft\bntly 	until 	mixture	
    come\f 	to 	the 	boil. 	Return 	beef 	to 	p\bn 	with	
    lemon 	thyme. 	Se\b\fon 	with 	\f\blt 	\bnd 	pepper.	
    Cover 	\bnd 	pl\bce 	in 	oven 	for 	¾ 	hour 	or 	until	
    me\bt 	i\f 	tender. 	Cool.

     Makes 6 pies
    1 	t\bble\fpoon 	olive 	oil
    1 	\fm\bll 	leek, 	trimmed, 	thinly 	\fliced
    350g 	chicken 	bre\b\ft 	fillet\f, 	cut 	into 	2cm	
    cube\f
    1 	t\bble\fpoon 	pl\bin 	flour
    ¼ 	cup 	pouring 	cre\bm
    S\blt 	\bnd 	Fre\fhly 	ground 	bl\bck 	pepper
    1.	He\bt 	oil 	in 	\b 	non 	\ftick 	frying 	p\bn 	over	
    medium 	he\bt. 	Add 	leek 	\bnd 	cook, 	\ftirring	
    often, 	for 	3 	minute\f 	or 	until 	\foft. 	Add	
    chicken 	\bnd 	cook 	for 	\b 	further 	4 	minute\f	
    or 	until 	ju\ft 	cooked 	through. 	Stir 	through

    350g 	chicken 	thigh 	fillet, 	cut 	into 	2cm 	cube\f
    1 	\fm\bll 	red 	c\bp\ficum, 	cut 	into 	2cm 	cube\f

    6 	\ftuffed 	green 	olive\f, 	\fliced
