Downloadable Software Installation Instructions1. Go to http://timextrainer.trainingpeaks.com/2. Click on Create Accountto set up an account and download the desktop software.NOTE: If you already have an account, you can skip to Step 3.

complete their information (First and Last Names, Username, Password, and Email Address).
Click 
Create Account(lower left corner).
3. Click on Device Agentand select the Timex Device Agent version for your computer, and install
the application to the desktop by clicking Run. Follow the onscreen directions for File Download.
Downloadable Software Usage InstructionsNOTE:You must have the Timex Data Xchanger plugged into the USB port to fully use the Timex
Device Agent and to communicate with the watch.
1. Doubleclick the 
Timex Device Agenticon from your desktop. For firsttime users, click Accountto enter your account and password (that entry will not be required for future downloads).NOTE:If more than one person uses your computer, click Accountto confirm/change your account
and password, and then click Hometo return to the communications page.
2. Follow the directions on the computer screen to initiate watch communication with the computer
and to see the progress of the wireless transfer of data.
3. Once communication is done, you will go to the 
Workoutstab on the Homescreen. To transfer
data from the watch to the Timex Ironman online training log, select the workouts you want to
upload.Tochange your HRM and/or watch settings, select from the other tabs on the 
Homescreen.NOTE:The “Erase all workouts when finished” box is checked if there are workouts in your watch,
unless you uncheck it. This feature automatically frees up memory in your watch after each
upload.
4. Click 
Saveto send the selected data to your account and any changed settings to your watch.
5. To view your data or workout plan on the Timex Trainer Online software, click Accountand Login.NOTE: Users can also go to https://timextrainer.trainingpeaks.com/login.aspxto access their
accounts.

Istruzioni per l’uso del software scaricabileNOTA:per disporre della completa funzionalità del Timex Device Agent e comunicare con l’orologio,
occorre che il Timex Data Xchanger sia inserito nella porta USB.
1. Fare doppio clic sull’icona 
Timex Device Agentpresente sul desktop. Gli utenti iniziali dovranno
fare clic su Accountper inserire il loro conto e la loro password (tale immissione non sarà richiesta
per gli scaricamenti successivi).
NOTA:se più di una persona usa il computer, fare clic su Accountper confermare o cambiare il
conto e la password, quindi fare clic su Homeper ritornare alla pagina delle comunicazioni.
2. Seguire le istruzioni su schermo per avviare la comunicazione dell’orologio con il computer e per
osservare il progresso della trasmissione wireless dei dati.
3. Una volta effettuata la comunicazione, andare alla scheda 
Allenamentisulla schermata Home.
Per trasferire i dati dall’orologio al registro di allenamento online Timex Ironman, selezionare gli
allenamenti che si desidera caricare. Per cambiare le impostazioni relative al monitor della
frequenza cardiaca e/o all’orologio, eseguire le selezioni dalle altre schede sulla schermata 
Home.NOTA:la casella “Una volta finito cancella tutti gli allenamenti” è selezionata se ci sono allenamenti
nell’orologio, a meno che non venga deselezionata dall’utente. Questa funzione libera automatica
mente la memoria nell’orologio dopo ciascun caricamento.
4. Fare clic su 
Salvaper inviare i dati selezionati al proprio conto ed eventuali impostazioni modificate
all’orologio.
5. Per visualizzare i propri dati o il proprio piano di allenamento sul software Timex Trainer Online,
