Use a standard, 9-pin RS-232 cable to connect a PC or home theater control/automation 
system (if present) to the RS-232 CONTROL port on the Vision 100; see 
Figure 3-11.

4.1 
Turning on the Power
1. Turn on the main power switch on the projector.
2. Press the ON button on the remote control -- or the POWER button on the Vision 100 
rear panel -- to turn on the projector. The vacuum fluorescent display on the Vision 100 
rear panel briefly displays “Starting Display.” 
3. When the projector is ready for use, the fluorescent display indicates the active source,

Lens Adjustments
To access the motorized lens controls, select Display Device from the Service Menu, then 
select Lens from the Display Device menu. The Lens menu gives you a great deal of control 
over the picture size, position and focus: 
Focus To focus the projected image, use the cursor buttons to highlight “In” or “Out.” Then, press 
and hold the ENTER button.
