The Call Cost Display replaces the call duration display when a call is made using LCR. This display is enabled
in programming.
The cost information is programmable by selecting one of the 
16 route list tables and one of the four time-: .,‘i-+:*c. _.; ?1 .c, .A;;;.periods. This allows the user to program four separate costs based on the time of day for each of the 16
