I. Installing  Drive into the  HDD  Dup lic atorFor  installing  a h ard  drive  on the  various  enclosures  that come  with  t he  HDD  duplicator ,  r efer  to 
the  bundle d enclosure installation guides.
S te p  1
Onc e the  hard  d rive  is installed  on the  drive  enclosure,  slide in the  Source  drive  into  the drive  bay .  P ush 
dow n the  hand le and  using  the ke y provided,  turn the key  lock  to the  Lock  posi tion.  This will  secure  the 
dri ve and turn o n the power to  th e  h ard  drive.
S te p  2
Slide  in  t h e T arget  d rive  into  the d riv e  b a y. Push  down  the handle  and using  t he  key  provi ded,  turn the key 
l o ck  to the Lock  position.  This will secure the drive and turn on the power t o the hard dri ve.
II. Connectin g t h e Power  C able  and  Power ing Ona.  Connect the power cord provided from the wall outlet to the  back  of the tow er.
b.  A m ain  power switch is located at the back of the tower . T urn t he s witch on.  Another auxiliary   
  switch is located on the front of the tower .
c.  Push t he auxiliary switch button to turn on the HDD duplica tor.
III.  The Duplica tor  Pane lThere are four b uttons and an L CD on  the panel of HDD Duplicator .
1  – L CD s hows  a function or a message.
2  – it  is  used  to scroll up function menus.
3  – it  is  used  to scroll down function menus.
4  – it  is  used  to execute a funct io n .
5  – it  is  used  to cancel a function .
IV .  Duplicating a  driveW he n the d uplicator powers on, it initializes and goes through the steps  below
S hows the  firmwa re version  Initialize SDRAMs status.. 
       
D etect  Drives s tatus.    Shows the first function: 
       
C op y  HDD  copies  data directly from the source hard disk to the target  hard  disk. 
P re ss  ENT  b utton  to  begin  copy.  The  system  will auto-detect  the hard  d isks  and show  the  follo wing  info 
on  the LCD.
The  LCD  will show  the followin g inf o d uring  the copying  process:  remaining t ime,  compl eted percentage. 
The  copy  speed,  capacity  and tim e will  vary  depending  on the  so urce  hard  disk.  Once  the copyi ng 
pro cess  is comp lete the LCD will  displa y the following results.
