[email protected] 7 Freedom³ PRW mode Tour Freedom³ PRW mode is an Electronic Wrench designed for High Level Tightening on all types of production line. Freedom³ allows to analyze torque & angle statistic graphs, on SQnet FTA software. PRW mode ,this firmware version is specially designed to have tightening programs. The wrench can be programmed off-line by SQ-net FTA software. By SQnet FTA, user must create a route (list of tightening programs) and send it to Freedom³,when user completes the route he will send back the data-results to SQnet FTA. NOTE SQnet FTA is an SCS software designed to program and receive data from SCS products, in order to store and trace, for every location, joint and tool, all parameters necessary to take under control all production process.

Programming SQnet FTA
Before to start to use Freedom³ PRW, user has to program SQnet FTA, in order to send the
tightening operations (route) to the wrench. In SQnet FTA is possible to reproduce part or all
assembly line stations in a “Tree Structure” and create tightening program to link to every single
location.
Once the tree structure is built, user can create a route (list of tightening programs) a send to
Freedom³. Inside a route is possible to edit groups (one or more…) in order to set a specific
sequence that operator must follow.
[email protected] 9 Sending a route After route is created, user can send it to Freedom³ by USB port. In few seconds the wrench is ready to work.
10 10 Freedom³ PRW mode Tour Production Tightening Once route is uploaded on Freedom³, user can run every single program and start the tightening operations. When the route is completed or a part of it, user can send data-results to SQnet FTA.
