Freedom³ allows to analyze torque & angle statistic graphs, on SQnet FTA software. PRW mode ,this firmware version is specially designed to have tightening programs. Programming SQnet FTA
Before to start to use Freedom³ PRW, user has to program SQnet FTA, in order to send the
tightening operations (route) to the wrench. In SQnet FTA is possible to reproduce part or all
assembly line stations in a “Tree Structure” and create tightening program to link to every single
location.
Once the tree structure is built, user can create a route (list of tightening...

10 10 Freedom³ PRW mode Tour Production Tightening Once route is uploaded on Freedom³, user can run every single program and start the tightening operations. When the route is completed or a part of it, user can send data-results to SQnet FTA.
