    2.Istherepower?Checkyourhome’sfuses
    (circuitbreakers).Thewasherdoorcannotbe
    openedwiththeDooropeningbutton(withthe
    keysymbol)ifpowerisoff.
    Ifnothingelseworks,thewasherdoorcan
    beopenedasfollows:
    WARNING!
    Thedoormayonlybeopenedmanuallyifthe
    electricpoweriscutandthemachinehas
    beendrainedofwater.
    ASelecttheSpin&Drainprogramandthe
    optionwiththesymbol(nospin)todrain
    thewaterfromthemachine.Ifthisdoesnot
    workthemachinemustbedrained
    manually.See"Cleaningthetrapandthe
    drainagepump"inthe"Careandcleaning"
    chapter.
    Ifthisdoesnotworkthemachinemustbe
    drainedmanually.See"Cleaningthetrap
    andthedrainagepump"inthe"Careand
    cleaning"chapter.
    BEnsurethatthemainpowerswitchisturned
    offandthattheplughasbeenremovedfrom
    thewallsocket.
    CTaketheemergencydooropeningtooland
    placeitinthegapontherightsideofthe
    washerdoorlock.Thistoolisfoundinthe
    enclosedplasticbag.
    DPushthetoolupwardstoopenthewasher
    door.
    Ifinthefuturethewasherdoordoesnotopen
    whenthewashprogramhasfinished,callthe
    servicedivision.
    Themachinewillnotstart
    1.Isthewasherdoorproperlyclosed?Pushit
    firmly.
    2.Istherepower?Checkthefusesandresidual
    currentdevices(circuitbreakers)inthe
    building.
    3.CheckthatyouhavenotselectedDelayed
    Start.TocancelDelayedStart,pressthe
    Start/Stopbuttonforthreeseconds.

    							Errormessages
    Ifanerroroccursduringtheprogramamessage
    isshownonthedisplay.Toexitthemessageafter
    takingmeasures,turnthemachineoffandthen
    backon.
    Theerrormessagesthatmaybeshowninthe
    displayare:
    F10Overfilling
    1.Shutoffthewatertap.
    2.See"Drainageerror".
    F11Drainageerror
    Check:
    •thatnoobjectsarestuckinthedrainagehose
    outlet.
    •thatthedrainagepumpisnotblockedby
    foreignobjects.Cleanthepump.Seethe"Care
    andcleaning"chapter.
    •thattherearenokinksinthedrainagehose.
    Aftertakingmeasures,runtheDrainprogramor
    presstheDooropeningbutton(keysymbol)to
    emptythemachine.Ifthisdoesnotresolvethe
    problem,calltheservicedivision.
    F12Waterinletfault
    Check:
    •thatthetaponthewaterpipeisopen.
    •thatthefilterinthemachine’swaterinletisnot
    blocked.
    Action:
    1.Shutoffthewatertap.
    2.Unscrewthehose.
    3.Cleanthefilterintheinletvalveonthe
    machine.
    4.Screwthehosebackon.
    5.Turnonthetapandcheckforleaks.
    6.Runtheprogramagaintocheckifthefaultis
    fixed.
    7.Ifthisdoesnotresolvetheproblem,callthe
    servicedivision.
    Imbalance
    Themachinestopsthespincycleifthereistoo
    muchimbalance.Thewashingmachinerestarts
    thespincycleandhopefullythewashingisbetter
    distributedinthedrum.Thisprocedurecanbe
    repeatedupto10times.Ifthemachinestillfails
    tofindagoodbalance,theprogramjumpstothe
    nextstep.

    Pushtheplasticcoversintothethreeholes
    thatcontainedtheplugs.Savetheplasticplugs
    incasethemachineismovedinthefuture.
    NOTE!
    Ifthemachineistobetransported,theboltsand
    plasticplugsforlockingthemachineduring
    transportmustbeinstalledtopreventdamage
    tothemachinethroughshaking.Ifthetransport

    Themachinecanalsobeconnectedtothedrain
    viaaspigotconnection.Inthiscasethehose
    shouldalsobe600-900mmabovethefloor.The
    internaldiameteroftheholeshouldbeatleast18
    mm.
