    To set the printing settings on the specific file:
    1. On the PictBridge menu, press   or   to select Print One and press   
    to select the files that you want to print.
    2. Press   to enter the printer settings.
    • Press   or   to select 
    Copies. Press 
     or   to select the file that you want to 
    print and use the wheel dial or press   
    or   to specify the number of copies.
    .
    • Press   or   to select Paper Size, and press   or  to select the 
    desired paper size.
    • Press   or   to select 
    Quality, and press   or   to select the desired 
    print quality.
    3. After all settings are complete, press   or   to select 
    Print and press   
    to start printing.
    To set the printing settings on the selected files:
    1. On the PictBridge menu, press   or   to select Print Index and press   
    to select the files that you want to print.
    2. Press   to enter the printer settings.
    • Press   or   to select 
    Copies. Use the 
    wheel dial or press   or   to specify 
    the number of copies.

    To print all files with DPOF tag:
    1. On the PictBridge menu, press   or   to select DPOF.
    2. Press   to enter the printer settings.
    • Press   or   to select 
    Paper Size, and 
    press  or  to select the desired paper 
    size.
    • Press   or   to select 
    Quality, and 
    press   or   to select the desired print 
    quality.
    3. After all settings are complete, press   or   to select 
    Print and press   
    to start printing.
    • The above procedure may vary depending on the printer type you are using.
    • If you connect the camera to your printer while the printer is still starting up, the 
    camera will be automatically turned off.
    • Failure to follow the above procedure will make the camera show an error 
    message. Please disconnect the camera and the camera will be automatically 
    turned off.

    If your camera cannot operate normally, see the frequently encountered 
    problems and solutions listed below. If the problem persists, contact your 
    nearest service center or technical support.
    ProblemCauseSolution
    The camera 
    cannot power 
    up.There is no battery or the 
    battery is not inserted 
    correctly.Insert the battery correctly.
    The battery has no power. Replace the battery.
    The battery 
    power is 
    draining quickly.The external temperature is 
    extremely low.--
    Many shots are being 
    captured in dark places, 
    requiring a flash.--
    Continuous video 
    recording.
    The battery or 
    camera is warm.The camera or flash was 
    used continuously over a 
    long period of time.--
    The flash does 
    not fire or 
    recharge.The camera flash is turned 
    off.Set the flash to Auto Flash.
    The light source is 
    sufficient.--
    Even though the 
    flash fired, the 
    image is dark.The distance to the subject 
    is greater than the flashs 
    effective range.Get closer to the subject and 
    shoot.

    I cannot format 
    a memory card.The memory card is write-
    protected.Remove the write protection.
    End of the memory card 
    life.Insert a new memory card.
    I cannot 
    download 
    images from the 
    camera to my 
    computer.The free space on the hard 
    disk of your computer is 
    insufficient.Ensure that the hard disk has 
    enough space for running 
    Windows and that the drive for 
    loading image files has free 
    space equal to or greater than 
    the memory card in the camera.
    There is no power being 
    supplied to the camera.Replace the battery.
    The camera 
    does not shoot 
    even when 
    pressing the 
    shutter.The battery is running low. Replace the battery.
    The camera is not in the 
    Capture mode.Switch to the Capture mode.
    The shutter was not 
    pressed all the way down.Press the shutter all the way 
    down.
    The internal memory or
