    software again.

    In Windows, makesureyourproduct isselected asthe default printerandthecorrect portisshown in

    printer properties.

    Ifyou seeanyerror message oryour software doesnotinstall correctly inWindows, youmay nothave

    Ifmultiple pagesfeedatonce, remove thepaper, fantheedges toseparate thesheets, andreload it.

    Ifpaper jamswhen youload onlyoneortwo sheets, tryloading moresheets atatime. Donot load
     more
    thantherecommended numberofsheets.

    Ifpaper jamswhen youprint onboth sides ofthe paper, tryloading fewersheets.
     •
    Make sureyourpaper meets thespecifications foryour product.

    For best results, followtheseguidelines:

    Use new, smooth, high-quality paperthatisnot curled, creased, old,toothin, ortoo thick.

    Load paper inthe sheet feeder printable sideup.

    Follow anyspecial loading instructions thatcame withthepaper.

    theproduct restwith thepower onfor 30minutes, thentryprinting again.
     For
    thefastest printing, selectthefollowing settingsinyour product software:

    Make surethepaper typesetting matches thetype ofpaper youloaded.

    Turn onany high speed settings inyour product software.
     •
    Select alower printquality setting.
     •
