    Description
The TDA7563B is a new BCD technology quad
bridge type of car radio amplifier in Flexiwatt27
package specially intended for car radio
    applications.
Thanks to the DMOS output stage the TDA7563B
has a very low distortion allowing a clear powerful
sound. Among the features, its superior efficiency
performance coming from the internal exclusive
structure, makes it the most suitable device to
simplify the thermal management in high power
    sets.
The dissipated output power under average
listening condition is in fact reduced up to 50%
when compared to the level provided by
    conventional class AB solutions.
This device is equipped with a full diagnostics
array that communicates the status of each
    speaker through the I
    2C bus.

    Features
    ■Rail-to-rail output voltage swing
    ±2.4V @ V
    CC = ±2.5V
    ■Very low noise level: 4nV/ √Hz
    ■Ultra low distortion: 0.003%
    ■High dynamic features: 12MHz, 4V/µs
    ■Operating range: 2.7V to 10V
    ■ESD protection (2kV)
    ■Latch-up immunity (class A)
    Applications
    ■Portable equipment (CD players, PDA)
    ■Portable communications (cell phones,
    pagers)
    ■Instrumentation & sensoring
    ■Professional audio circuits
    Description
The TS97x family of operational amplifiers
operates with voltages as low as ±1.35V and
features output rail-to-rail signal swing. The
TS97x are particularly well suited for portable and
battery-supplied equipment. Very low noise and
low distortion characteristics make them ideal for
    audio pre-amplification.
The TS971 is available in a variety of packages to
suit all types of applic ations. For applications
where space-saving is critical, the SOT23
package (2.8 x 2.9mm) or the DFN package
(3 x 3mm) simplify the board design because they
    can be placed everywhere.

    LM2734
    Thin SOT23 1A Load Step-Down DC-DC Regulator
    General Description
The LM2734 regulator is a monolithic, high frequency, PWM
    step-down DC/DC converter in a 6-pin Thin SOT23 package.
It provides all the active functions to provide local DC/DC
conversion with fast transient response and accurate regu-
lation in the smallest possible PCB area.
With a minimum of external components and online design
    support through WEBENCH
™, the LM2734 is easy to use.
The ability to drive 1A loads with an internal 300mΩ NMOS
switch using state-of-the-art 0.5µm BiCMOS technology re-
sults in the best power density available. The world class
control circuitry allows for on-times as low as 13ns, thus
supporting exceptionally high frequency conversion over the
entire 3V to 20V input operating range down to the minimum
output voltage of 0.8V. Switching frequency is internally set
    to 550kHz (LM2734Y) or 1.6MHz (LM2734X), allowing the
use of extremely small surface mount inductors and chip
capacitors. Even though the operating frequencies are very
high, efficiencies up to 90% are easy to achieve. External
shutdown is included, featuring an ultra-low stand-by current
of 30nA. The LM2734 utilizes current-mode control and in-
ternal compensation to provide high-performance regulation
over a wide range of operating conditions. Additional fea-
tures include internal soft-start circuitry to reduce inrush
current, pulse-by-pulse current limit, thermal shutdown, and
    output over-voltage protection.
