Setting the reception method
In addition to setting the reception mode, you can also set manual reception or automatic reception on the 
screen.

The information lamp on the control panel flashes during reception. When out-of-memory reception is per-
formed, the information lamp is illuminated.
Indicators during reception
If the other party has registered their name and fax number in their machine, that information is displayed on

Effective recording area
Printing is not possible on the area approximately 3 mm around the edge of the paper. For this reason, the 
received document may be reduced in size or cut off during printing. The area which can be printed is referred 
to as the effective recording area.

Paper saving settings
In order to save paper, you can combine multiple documents onto one sheet of paper or print on both sides 
of the paper. Paper saving settings include Duplex Reception and H-Page Reception.
