Changing the Auto Exposure Setting
You can select whether the copying density is adjusted automatically for text and photographic
originals.

Changing the Paper Size
The paper trays are designed to accommodate Invoice, Letter, Letter R, Legal and Ledger Size
paper. To change the paper size, perform the steps shown below.

Key Operator can manage, limit copies, counters and code numbers for each department.
(Maximum department number: 50)

KEY OPERATOR MODE key.
%Input ID Code (3 digits) and touch
the OK key&Proceed to screen 03/05 and select 14
DEPT. COUNTER MODE.
(Touch the TOTAL COUNTER key to
display the sum of all the active
departmental counters.
NOTECTo reset the function mode, press the RESET key.
CContact your authorized servicing dealer to enable the Departmental Counter feature.

CTo clear the total counter, touch the
INPUT key, enter a 0 and touch the
OK key.
CTo print the counter lists for each
department, touch the LIST PRINT
