Deleting Pictures
Once deleted, pictures cannot be recovered. (For example, if you delete a burst 
picture group with [˜], all the pictures in that group are deleted.)
•
Pictures on the built-in memory or the card, that are being played back will be deleted.
To delete a single picture
Select the picture to be deleted, and then 
touch [ ].
Touch [DELETE SINGLE].
Touch [YES].

∫When [DELETE ALL] has been selected with the [FAVORITE] (P154)  setting
The selection screen is displayed again. Select [DELETE ALL] or [ALL DELETE EXCEPT 
Ü], select [YES] and delete the pictures. 
 ([ALL DELETE EXCEPT Ü] cannot be selected if no pictures have been set as 
[FAVORITE].)

Do not turn the camera off while deleting. Use a battery with sufficient battery power or the AC 
adaptor (optional) and DC coupler (optional).

The available flash settings depend on the Recording Mode.

•The flash setting may change if the Recording Mode is changed. Set the flash setting again if

•The available flash range is an approximation.
¢ 1 When [ISO LIMIT SET] is set to [AUTO].
¢ 2 Recording with zoom magnification of up to 4 k is possible. Pictures recorded with Tele may 
be darker than normal.
•In [HIGH SENS.]  (P83) in Scene Mode, the ISO sensitivity automatically switches to between
