    Database Parameters
    This chapter desc ribes the procedures and steps nec essary to print
    the  system  database  parameters and various  portions of the system.

    The buttons on the key telephone are defined as shown in the following

    The Print Database Parameters command dumps the entire database as a 
    permanent record which can serve  as  a hardcopy of  the database.  The 
    system baud rate  must match  that  of the printer or receiving device.

    1. Press the SYSTEM  PARAMETERS  flexible button ( FLASH 85, 
    Bu tton #1).  Th e f oll owing  me ssa ge  dis pla ys:
    2. To print the System Parameters database, press the HOLD button. The 
    f oll owing  me ssa ge  dis pl ays:

    Des crip ti on
    The currently  stored customer database can  be  printed or uploaded into 
    a file. This  command dumps the  entire database as a  permanent record 
    whi ch  can s er ve  as  a  har dcopy  of t he  dat aba se . T he  syst e m ba ud r at e 
    must  ma tc h  tha t  of t he  pr int e r or  r ec e iv ing  de vic e . W hen  pr int i ng t he 
    System Parameters the following  data prints:

    †All System Wide Options (External  Night  Ringing,  Hold Preference)

    †Other  System Assignments (Page/Relay Assign, Exec/Sec, SMDR)
