CAPÍTULO 2
SERVICIO DE ASISTENCIA AL CLIENTE
¿Qué hacer con el CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA? El aparato está garantizado en las condiciones y términosindicados en el certificado colocado en el producto y sobrela base de las disposiciones del decreto legislativo 24.240,hasta los 12 meses vigentes a partir de la fecha de la entrega. 
Ud. deberá conservar el certificado de garantía, debidamente cumplimentado, para mostrarlo al ServicioOficial del Fabricante en caso de necesitar su intervención,junto con un documento fiscalmente válido expedido por elvendedor en el momento de la compra (albarán de entrega,factura, recibo u otro documento fiscal) en el cual se indiquenel nombre del vendedor, la fecha de entrega, datosidentificativos del producto y el precio de compra. . 
El Servicio de Asistencia Técnica, después de verificar el derecho de intervención, intervendrá, sin cobrarle el derechofijo de intervención a domicilio, ni la mano de obra, ni losrecambios que son totalmente gratuitos.. 
ANOMALÍAS Y MAL FUNCIONAMIENTO, ¿a dónde debo dirigirme?Para cualquier problema, el Servicio Oficial del Fabricanteestá a su completa disposición para facilitarle la ayuda quenecesite. Ahora bien, en caso de que el aparato que Ud. haadquirido presente anomalías o mal funcionamiento, antesde dirigirse al Servicio Oficial del Fabricante, lerecomendamos encarecidamente realizar lascomprobaciones indicadas en el capítulo 13.

¿Dónde puedo encontrar la PLACA DE CARACTERISTICAS DEL PRODUCTO?Es importante que Ud. comunique al Servicio Oficial delFabricante la sigla del producto y el número de identificación(16 caracteres que comienzan con el número 3) queencontrará en el certificado de garantía y en la placa decaracterísticas situada en el frontis de la lavadora (zona de lapuerta). De esta forma, Ud. podrá evitar desplazamientosinnecesarios del técnico, ahorrando los correspondientescostes.

NORMAS DE
SEGURIDAD
ATENCION: PARA CUALQUIERTRABAJO DE LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
●Desenchúfela.
●Cierre el grifo del agua.
●Candy provede a todassus máquinas de toma detierra.Asegúrese de que lainstalación electrica tengatoma de tierra, en casocontrario llame a un Serviciocualificado. 
Aparato conforme a la Directiva Europea73/23/CEE, sustituidarespectivamente de2006/95/CE, y sucesivasmodificaciones.
●No toque el aparato conlas manos, los pies mojados ohúmedos.
●No use el aparato estandodescalzo.
●No use, si no es conespecial cuidado, alargos encuartos de baño o aseos.
ATENCION:DURANTE EL LAVADO ELAGUA PUEDEALCANZAR LOS 90°C.
●Antes de abrir el ojo debuey, asegúrese de que nohaya agua en el tambor.

SAFETY MEASURES
IMPORTANT:FOR ALL CLEANINGAND MAINTENANCE  WORK
●Remove the plug
●Turn off the water inlet tap.
●All Candy appliances areearthed. Ensure that themain electricity circuit isearthed. Contact a qualifiedelectrician if this is not thecase. 
Appliance complies with European Directives73/23/EEC, replaced by2006/95/EC and subsequentamendments.
●Do not touch theappliance with wet or damphands or feet.
●Do not use the appliancewhen bare-footed.
●Extreme care should betaken if extension leads areused in bathrooms or showerrooms. Avoid this wherepossible.
WARNING: DURING THE WASHING CYCLE, THE WATER CAN REACH A TEMPERATURE OF 90°C.
●Before opening thewashing machine door,ensure that there is no waterin the drum.

● No use adaptadores o enchufes múltiples.
● Este aparato no estadestinado a ser usado porniños, personasdiscapacitadas o inexpertasen su uso a no ser que seanvigiladas o instruidas sobre eluso del aparato por unapersona responsable de suseguridad. 
Vigile a los niños  de manera que se asegure que nojuegan con el aparato.
● No tire del cable dealimentación, ni del aparato,para desconectar la tomade corriente.
● No deje el aparato a laintemperie o expuesto a laacción de los agentesatmosfericos (lluvia, sol, etc..).
● En caso de traslado no lasujete nunca por los mandosni por la cubeta dedetergente.
● Durante su transporte noapoye el ojo de buey en lacarretilla. 
Importante! Si se va a instalar el aparatosobre una alfombra omoqueta, es necesario tenercuidado para evitar que seobstruyan las rejillas deventilación situadas en labase de la lavadora.
● Levántela ayudado porotra persona tal comoaparece en la figura.
● En caso de avería y/o malfunctionamiento delaparato, desconéctelo,cierre el grifo del agua y nomanipule elelectrodoméstico. Para sueventual reparación diríjaseúnicamente a un centro deAsistencia Técnica y soliciteel uso de recambiosoriginales. El incumplimientode estas sugerencias puedecomprometer la seguridaddel aparato.
● Si el cable de alimentaciónresultase dañado, tendráque ser sustituido por uncable especiäl disponible enel servicio de asistenciatécnica.

PUESTA EN
FUNCIONAMIENTO
INSTALACIÓN
Ponga la máquina cerca del lugar de uso sin la basedel embalaje. 
Cortar las cintas que rodean el tubo, prestando atenciónde no dañar el mismo ni elcable electrico. 
Destornille los 4 tornillos ( A) del lado posterior y extraerlos 4 distanciales ( B) 
Tapar los 4 orificios utilizando los tapones contenidos enla bolsa de instrucciones.
ATENCIÓN: NO DEJE AL ALCANCEDE LOS NIÑOS LOSELEMENTOS DEEMBALAJE YA  QUEPUEDEN SERPELIGROSOS.

SETTING UP
INSTALLATION
Move the machine near its permanent position withoutthe packaging base. 
Carefully cut the securing strap that holds the maincord and the drain hose. 
Remove the 4 fixing screws marked ( A) and remove the 4 spacers marked ( B) 
Cover the 4 holes using the caps provided in theinstruction booklet pack.
WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE THEPACKAGING IN THEREACH OF CHILDRENAS IT IS A POTENTIALSOURCE OF DANGER.

Aplique la lamina de polionda como se muestraen la figura. 
Conecte el tubo del agua al grifo. 
El aparato debe ser conectado a la redhidraulica sólo con losnuevos tubos de cargadisponibles en dotación.Los viejos tubos de carga notienen que ser reutilizados.
ATENCIÓN: NO ABRA EL GRIFO.
Acerque la lavadora a la pared procurando que nose formen curvas oestrangulamientos, fije eltubo desagüe al borde dela pila. 
o mejor aún, a un desagüe fijo, con un diámetro mayorque el del tubo de lalavadora, a una alturamínima de 50 cm.En caso necesario, utilice lacurva rígida adjunta.
ESEN 
Fix the sheet of corrugated material on the bottom asshown in picture. 
Connect the fill hose  to the tap. 
The appliance must be connected to the watermains using new hose-sets.The old hose-sets should notbe reused.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN THE TAP ON AT THIS TIME.
Position the washing machine next to the wall.Hook the outlet tube to theedge of the bath tub,paying attention that thereare no bends orcontractions along the tube. 
It is better to connect the discharge hose to a fixedoutlet of a diameter greaterthan that of the outlet tubeand at a height of min. 50cm. If is necessary to use theplastic sleeve supplied.
