    4Press [Store File].
    NOTE: If a password is set for the custom box in advance, enter the 
    correct password.
    5Change the original 
    type, scan density, 
    etc. if necessary.
    6Press the Start key. The 
    original will be scanned and its 
    data will be stored in the 
    specified document box.
    Printing Document Stored in Custom box
    Print the documents stored in the custom box.
    1Press the Document Box key.

    NOTE: If a password is set for the custom box in advance, enter the

    4From the list, select 
    the checkbox beside 
    the document to be 
    printed. The 
    selected document 
    is indicated by a 
    checkmark in the 
    check box.
    NOTE: Multiple documents cannot be selected and printed. To cancel the 
    selection, press the check box and remove the check mark.
    5Press [Print].

    Send the documents stored in the custom box.
    1Press the Document Box key.

    document you want 
    to be sent.

    Move a document from one custom box to another or join multiple 
    documents together.
    Move Documents
    1Press the Document Box key.
    2Press [Custom Box]

    Join the documents stored in the custom box.
    NOTE: Only documents contained in the same custom box can be 
    joined. If necessary, move the documents to the same custom box in 
    advance.
    1Press the Document Box key.
    2Press [Custom Box] 
    and select the box 
    containing the 
    documents to be 
    joined.
    3Press [Open].
    NOTE: If a password is set for the custom box in advance, enter the 
    correct password.

    4From the list, select

    indicate the 
    documents to be 
    joined. Up to 10 
    documents can be 
    joined. The selected 
    documents are 
    indicated by a 
    checkmark in the 
    check box.
    NOTE: To cancel the selection, press the check box and remove the 
    check mark.
    5Press [Join].
    6Arrange the documents in the desired order.
    Press the document 
    to be rearranged. 
    The document will 
    be highlighted. 
    Press [Up] or [Down] 
    to move the 
    document up or 
    down according to 
    the order to be 
    joined.
    7Press [Next].
    8Press [File Name].
    9Enter a new file name for the documents joined, and press [OK].
    NOTE: Refer to the Appendix for entering characters.

    NOTE: Original documents before joining are retained. Delete them if 
    unnecessary.
    Printing Document Stored in Job Box
    Print the documents stored in the job box. The following boxes and 
    documents are contained in the job box.
    1Press the Document Box key.
    2Press [Job Box].
